Marie's bleacher boot-camp is a great class. The class is challenging for people who have any fitness level, advanced to beginner. There is a significant amount of running and climbing bleachers in the class. The setting at the Woodbury High School is great. It is always great to workout outdoors. And finally, the class is fun.
When I think about why Phil is successful with his clients and his client find success with him it's because he is INVESTED. Phil is invested in his clients - understanding their needs, from the ones just starting off and the ones who are athletes and need to be pushed. He is invested in his craft - keeping up with the new techniques, exercises thus giving him the ability to tailor his sessions to his clients. Invested in nutrition - vast understanding on what will fuel your body and shares this with his clients. I have been an athlete my entire life, sometimes in better shape then others - the single thing that made the difference in my success with my coaches/trainers is their ability to connect and invest in me. I started with Passion for Fitness about 6 weeks ago and it has been a life changing experience. I was looking to lose 8 pounds and tone my body. In only 6 weeks I've lost 5 pounds and have change my lifestyle. I'm eating healthier and consistently and totally enjoy it. I'm working out 3 times a week at PFF and look forward to every session. All of the trainers are top notch. No matter which trainer I work with, they are prepared for my workout and push me to work as hard as I can. I've tried other gyms and trainers and none compare to this group. When I started, my goal was to be in a bikini before I go to Vegas in August. It's only mid July and I'm sporting a two piece today. I have taken several of Kate's boot camp classes and enjoy them immensely. She incorporates a rigorous, detoxifying workout with the pleasures and benefits of a rejuvenating yoga practice. Break Out Fitness is a great way to get in shape or meet your fitness goals. Steve's workouts are challenging but fun. I have had great results and recommend his boot camp class and road crew sessions!

I agree with Wayne, John always motivates me. when ever I would say I can't, John always make sure I can. I believe he is well trained and know how far to push a person to their limits with out pushing to the extend of injury. I have results in my measurement to show that his dedication is well worth it. John has also taught me to have a Positive Mental Attitude (PMA) not only dose it help with Boot Camp it helps in everyday life. Thanks John, and keep up the good work.

I worked with Catie for a year in a boot camp style setting. It ranged from 6-24 people. Catie consistently personalized workouts offering modifications when needed and pushing individuals to lift heavier, work harder, jump higher, or move faster. She used her humor, knowledge, and creativity to make each workout unique, challenging, and fun! I have worked with many trainers and she is truly one of the best!
I did boot camp with Hanna several times . She’s very encouraging , and takes time to watch everyone’s posture to make sure we get the best out of the workout . And she’s very knowledgeable about the human body’s which very important as a personal trainer.

Rol is a great trainer! I always just did cardio before I started training with him, he taught me how to combine cardio and weightlifting to get the results I wanted. I look so much better and it's because of him! He also does fit camps that I go to and it is a great workout.
