The yoga classes are always setup so everybody in the class is comfortable. Sometimes its outside on the deck or in by the fireplace. I have learned a lot in this class about how sound and motion work together for healing. Always leave relaxed and uplifted.
I took pre-natal sessions with Dina and I thoroughly enjoyed them. She makes an effort to understand your needs and can customize the yoga/pilate session accordingly. She will push you to achieve maximum during the class and you will feel relaxed at the end. She is accommodating and open to suggestions.

I am a certified yoga instructor certified under the Devalila Yoga Teacher Training, a 200-hour level yoga school registered with the Yoga Alliance. In addition, I am a full-time Special Education Teacher, and have been working with children with autism for six years. I am interested in Each session can be whatever you feel you need. We can do any combination of postures, breath work, meditation, assisting and adjustments. Whether you have never practiced yoga before and are interested in learning the basics, or if you would like adjustments to help deepen your poses, private instruction is the way to go.
