I have been practicing yoga with Bernadette for about five years and at this point, just thinking about going to her class relaxes me! Bernadette is a warm, nurturing teacher who always keeps the class interesting for practitioners of all levels. Her guidance through poses is clear and easy to follow and she always offers adjustments for anyone who may need one. She ;manages to make her classes challenging and relaxing at the same time. Bernadette is one of the most welcoming and refreshingly fun teachers I know.
Brittany is passionate about teaching yoga and the benefits it can offer in the gym and in everyday life. She brings an open mind and positive energy into every session and is willing to learn more herself as an instructor. She has taken the time to get to know me and understand my weaknesses so we can make improvements. Nilda is an experienced trainer and I love working with her! She has been working with me, my sister, my mom, and my aunt. Each week she challenges us with different exercises. She is constantly providing modifications and progressions for the different exercises. She is always looking for ways to challenge us and meet us at our different fitness levels. Nilda always knows what to say to motivate us and get us to do one more rep. She also reminds us to listen to our bodies and is always checking to make sure we are using proper form. Above all, she is professional, knowledgable, and kind. We love having her as our personal trainer!!!
If you are in need of an energetic and fun practice Ashley is your girl. She teaches classes with a strong theme and in depth knowledge of alignment. Ashley strives to make everyone feel welcome in her classes no matter if you are a yoga guru or just want to dip your toe in the water. Five stars for this girl. :)
Working with Michelle has been a very uplifting, educational and wonderful, relaxing experience. I don't think I would have came this far all theses years in my cancer journey without her and her classes. She is very intentative to your individual needs. I have been to many other yoga and meditation classes but nothing stood up to hers. Michelle goes way above and beyond. I was at class, received a call from the hospital regarding a blood clot, Michelle rushed me to the hospital and kept me calm and relaxed with her magical ways, her soft voice, and contagious laugh & smile. She is an angel from heaven!!!

Private yoga instruction allows individuals to grow and explore the practice of yoga in a relaxed, one-on-one setting. I am a certified yoga instructor certified under the Devalila Yoga Teacher Training, a 200-hour level yoga school registered with the Yoga Alliance. In addition, I am a full-time Special Education Teacher, and have been working with children with autism for six years. I am interested in Each session can be whatever you feel you need. We can do any combination of postures, breath work, meditation, assisting and adjustments. Whether you have never practiced yoga before and are interested in learning the basics, or if you would like adjustments to help deepen your poses, private instruction is the way to go.
