I attended Bindu's Triyoga classes 2/3 times a week from 2011 to 2015. I had previously done yoga a few years. When I started doing triyoga with Bindu, triyoga was new to me. It took me a number of weeks to get used to it, but then I started to love it, and would never change to any other type of yoga. Bindu is an exceptional teacher, and I miss her tremendously.
I've been taking yoga with Brittany for a couple of months now. I was nervous at first because I had never done yoga before, and wasn't sure I would like it...Brittany made me feel so comfortable and we really clicked. The changes I have noticed in the short amount of time that I've been working with her are just incredible. I'm less stressed, my flexibility is much better and whenever I have any issues, she changes the session around to address them. I cannot say enough about her. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to practice yoga. You won't be disappointed!!
I have had many services with Cassie (Lymph drainage, Facial lymph, Thai massage, yoga). Everything she does is amazing! My experience with the Lymph system aided with a good results. I felt tired at first, but I knew Cassie worked everything through the Lymph's for me to detox what was stuck and blocking in the body. Overall, if anyone has never had a treatment, I would highly recommend it.
Let me start by saying I am NOT a yoga person. I just couldn't understand WHY people like yoga?! Then I started doing privates with Meryl about a year ago and now I actually look forward to our sessions. She has made yoga approachable for me. She tailors the session to my needs each time. She knows when to push me beyond my received boundaries and when I need to go easy. She has made into a YOGA person - and that was no easy feat!! If you are looking to start a practice or deepen an already established one - I highly recommend Meryl.
Nilda is an experienced trainer and I love working with her! She has been working with me, my sister, my mom, and my aunt. Each week she challenges us with different exercises. She is constantly providing modifications and progressions for the different exercises. She is always looking for ways to challenge us and meet us at our different fitness levels. Nilda always knows what to say to motivate us and get us to do one more rep. She also reminds us to listen to our bodies and is always checking to make sure we are using proper form. Above all, she is professional, knowledgable, and kind. We love having her as our personal trainer!!!
If you are in need of an energetic and fun practice Ashley is your girl. She teaches classes with a strong theme and in depth knowledge of alignment. Ashley strives to make everyone feel welcome in her classes no matter if you are a yoga guru or just want to dip your toe in the water. Five stars for this girl. :)
