Ms. Jill was excellent from the start. She met with my daughter for an initial "introduction" meeting before getting started with an actual tutoring session to ensure it would be a good fit and that my daughter would be comfortable with her. She spoke in length with me to get to know my child's strengths, weaknesses, personalities and what exactly I was looking for in a tutor. Ms. Jill really connects with my daughter and works to find out where she is weak in reading comprehension and vocabulary so she can help strengthen those weaknesses. My daughter has a learning difference and Ms. Jill has proven to be able to navigate through that to help her understand the information being taught. She is very patient, kind and understanding which makes it a great fit for my daughter who can at times be very sensitive and get frustrated when not catching on as quick as she would like to. In just a few sessions, Ms. Jill has helped boost her confidence and given her strategies to help with reading comprehension, synonyms, antonyms and vocabulary in school and during testing. I highly recommend Mrs. Max as a tutor, especially for children with learning differences. She really gets through and makes a difference.

Dany was an outstanding choice! She really took her time to personalize her presentation to fit the style of my school. Prior to the workshop she read the teacher handbook and did research about our school so that her lessons were insync with our philosophy. Dany instantly connected with my team which in turn made it an hour worth while for all who were interested!! I would definitely recommend Imagine with Dany and I will be inviting her back to Creme de la Creme. -Kelly Bartolo, Executive Director

My daughter, when she was in high school, worked with Abigail . Abigail worked with her to improve her reading comprehension and her expository writing. Abigail is brilliant, incredibly patient, and knows exactly how to work with students so that over a period of time they become self-reliant and confident in their work.

My son needed additional supports with reading comprehension. This impacted his reading grade as well as his math grade ( because most of the math problems were word problems). We researched tutoring services and selected Club Z. The services were very individualized. My son was match with Paul who is exceptional. He made reading and math fun for my son. Paul created fun games which felt more like a recreational activity rather than "work". Marian also added an extra layer of support with maintaining communication with my sons teacher. It was a true team experience. I highly recommend Club Z services to others. They are very accommodating and we are very pleased!

It is my great pleasure to personally recommend Sharon Lopatin for a teaching or tutoring position.. Sharon was vital in helping me understand and complete assignments in English, reading, writing, social studies and biology. She was also able to help me learn many new things, even when I didn’t understand it the first time. I can assure you that Sharon Lopatin is an outstanding teacher who will quickly become an integral member of your school’s community. Since our first meeting Sharon has been a great teacher because she is able to work patiently with me as I was learning a new language and could explain ideas in different ways. This level of attention and care make Sharon a wonderful teacher and educator for any student or classroom.

Mrs. Callista Regis was my Sociology lecturer at my college, Sir Arthur Lewis Community College, Saint Lucia. It was for one semester, which is about 3-5 months. Mrs. Regis is very enthusiastic about teaching, I think that came from her love for children. She has a unique interest in each child's learning. I was most impressed by how much she knew. She is very knowledgeable. I always understood the lessons. She is also punctual and a listening ear. The quality of the work was excellent! No complaints. Sociology has a lot of information, therefore a lot of notes. It was sometimes tedious to study because of the quantity of the notes. However, the quality was great. What may have improved my experience would have been perhaps summaries, less notes. When I looked back though, it was all worth it because you never know too much! Thank you Mrs. Regis. I have a special appreciation for Sociology because of you!

Over the past 4 years, Sarah Wright has tutored 2 of my children and myself in various areas of math ranging from math SAT prep to advanced graduate level Statistics and several areas in-between! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Sarah's teaching abilities and her level of knowledge in all areas of math. She is truly gifted in tutoring under even the most challenging of circumstances. She is incredible at deciphering a students learning style and knowing how to approach teaching them to achieve the best result. Sarah's dedication, patience and knowledge are truly amazing. The results from sarahs tutoring are excellent and I highly recommend her.

Margaret tutored me for the SAT and I can definitely say that without her help I would not have been able to make such a significant improvement. She gives many tips and methods on how to go about solving trouble spots, but most importantly she gives methods of improvement based on your strengths and weaknesses, not generalized tips. This really helped me improve the Writing and Critical reading portions of the SAT. Overall, Margaret is very kind and helpful, and I am sure she will exceed you expectations in whatever academic field you are recieving aid/coaching in.

Neil Grobman is a great tutor. Neil tutored me in the reading and writing portions of the SAT. We had lessons each week. He introducesd and elaborated on a different topic at each lesson. At the end, Neil assigns word parts and an essay for homework which helped to furthur expand the concepts. Neil made sure that he answers all of my questions and concerns. If he did not know the answer, Neil finds any sources that provides the answer. Neil provides an unique way to boost vocabulary, attack the essay, and complete the passage based questions. I have learned a lot from Neil and I recommend him to anyone in need of a responsible and dedicated tutor.

Mark was a godsend for my family. My son was diagnosed with dyslexia and was below reading level. I was suddenly thrust into a situation of quick research on dyslexia and what help was available. Needless to say I was stressed. Tutors were very expensive and hard to find in my area. Then I found Mark who had all the right training for my child's issues, was reasonably priced, and additionally had a fun personality. He kept my son on task but made time for fun puzzles and games. My son is in fourth grade this year and was independently tested..he is at grade level. He can read to learn now and does so every day. Thanks, Mark.

Mr. Anderson desires to see students realize their greatest potential in education and therefore into life beyond school. As a former student I definitely learned things above and beyond science, math, tests and grades. He challenged me to think in ways that I never thought I could comprehend despite my self-made limitations. He was extremely patient with me and was willing to go at my pace until I was able to understand the subject at hand. He always made himself available for any questions or further explanations. He is very gracious, generous and understanding. He makes himself available in many ways and desires his students to succeed in and out of the classroom. He is encouraging, disciplined, and inspiring. He believes the best in others even when they don’t see it in themselves. Mr. Anderson has high integrity and is admirable. He stands up for what he believes in and encourages others to think for themselves. I believe that any time you spend under Mr. Anderson’s tutelage will be time well invested.

Anna has been tutoring my two nine-year-old twins in writing and reading comprehension since September of this year. She works to help them develop their ideas and improve their writing skills by assigning them readings along with writing assignments. She challenges my kids to understand the deeper messages in books and to define new words and literary devices. She comes prepared to every session on time and with personalized lesson plans. Notably, she helps my kids with occasional homework and test taking strategies. Anna is a kind and caring tutor who enjoys the personal aspects of tutoring and takes on challenges of teaching. She understands the strengths and the weaknesses of my kids and patiently inspires them to grow and persevere. I understand that in addition to English Anna also does tutoring in Math. You will be very pleased with her tutoring style and her personality.
