Michelle is an exceptional Tutor who has helped my son with Math on various occasions. Her approach is very personable, as she takes relatively difficult topic such as Math, and makes it fun and exciting for my son. As a result, I have seen a drastic improvement in his comprehension of the subject. Additionally, she has even taken the initiative to help him with other subjects in his class when there is time left over from her tutoring, and the Math homework is already complete. I strongly recommend Michelle to anyone who is in the market searching for a Tutor with the solid credentials.

Returned to college and had to re-take College Algebra. I mistakenly took a self guided course and was spending over 25 hours per week on the homework. I hired Allen to to tutor me and now only spend 1-2 hours outside of our lessons (I see him 1-2 times per week). He is EXCELLENT, patient, trustworthy and very good at helping me understand my assignments. I would have dropped the course if not for him. I would not hesitate in recommending his services!

Maria is the creme dela creme of tutoring. After years of thinking I couldn't excel at math, she taught me the skills to pass two levels of college calculus with flying colors!

I less care about going online and make positive or negative reviews unless the experience made a huge difference in my life. Thank you, Jatin Patel, from bottom of my heart. My daughter would have never got her desired SAT score without your genuine service. Thank you!

Steve is a great math tutor. He helped me reach my target GRE score an a little over a month and a half of bi-weekly tutoring. Th eonline format is PERFECT for a busy working mom like myself. What makes Steve's tutoring unique is that it is 100% tailored to your needs not what a set curriculum some course designed. He is open and engaging as well. If you are looking for a great math tutor Steve is the man!

Kenneth is very knowledgable about math and he was able to help teach my daughter how to do algebra. My daughter now says that she gets it!! I liked that he first assessed my child's level of math and based the training on that in order to get her where she needed to be. It didn't take long at all for her to get the hang of it. Bottom line, he's amazing at what he does.

Larry is a great teacher. He teaches the importance of scales using a keyboard as a means to help my daughter learn the guitar better. She is currently practicing in our keyboard downstairs.

He was an excellent tutor! Class A act. Lots of energy. Attempts to make lessons relatable and as fun as Algebra can be. Showed up on or before time, each lesson. He was very sweet and a wonderful teacher!!!

I got tutored for the Math 2 and Chemistry test and it went well. My scores started off low but by the time I reached the actual tests I felt very comfortable with a lot of the material.

I will be the first to admit that I am not the world's best student, but I consider myself a reasonably intelligent person. It so happened that the subject of Linear Algebra was particularly problematic for me because none of my professors presented it in a way that left me with an understanding deep enough to take a test on it, let alone apply it in a real world scenario outside the bounds of a test problem. This was my third time through the course, and I did not relish the idea of going for a fourth round. I had been barely scraping by and my final exam loomed. I reached out to Dr. Karel and he spent an afternoon with me, going over the concepts that were eluding me. His clear explanations of the subject matter gave me the ability to link the missing pieces together! What was lacking in the previous presentations of the concepts became much clearer. I passed my final, and the class thanks to his help! Better still, I walked away not hating the subject which says a lot. I've since found actual applied practical uses for it since then, and I'm fairly certain that I would not have seen the opportunities to use what I learned without the deeper understanding I got out of that tutoring session.

When I was a sophomore, I was struggling with Algebra 2 thats when my mom discovered Charlene Brown through tutorpedia. I will forever be thankful for Charlene as a tutor because she did an amazing job. I was always better at geometry, but Charlene would spend so much time helping me break down the aspects of Algebra 2 that i didnt understand. I remember that Charlene always said that everyone can understand math, as long as you can break it down into pieces that you understand. I did really well in Algebra 2, and I couldnt wait to have Charlene tutor me in physics junior year. Physics is definitely the worst subject Ive ever taken, and without Charlene Im not sure what I would have done. Charlene is definitely one of the greatest teachers Ive ever known; again, she would spend so much time explaining things to me until I had it in my head. I recall always saying to her, I really dont like physics. and she would reply with, Well Physics doesnt like you then. It was an ongoing line that kept some comedy within the actual learning. Again at the end of the year, I found myself grasping concepts that I would never have understood without Charlene. I was so sad to learn of her relocation to Dallas during my senior year, but i could not be happier to have known and worked with Charlene, and I 100% recommend her to anyone who is looking for an amazing tutor. We miss you Charlene!

Ms. Musick has been working with my 9th grade daughter in Algebra II. I can't not say enough about how this tutoring has change my daughters math experience — she has gone from struggling with homework and tests to a consistent understanding of the math process. Additionally, she has gone up 2 full grades in the time that Nancy has been working with her. Nancy is a caring and patient teacher who has more then once adjusted her schedule to work with my daughter for tests and midterms. I highly recommend her services and greatly appreciate her professionalism.

Melissa was an awesome tutor. I had taken an SAT prep course but wasn't scoring high on practice tests- esp in math. She really understands the math and is very patient. I feel so much better and my practice scores are really good. I think I 'll do well on the real test.

Cindy tutored my 10th grader in accelerated algebra 2 for most of the school year once or twice a week and she transformed what we thought would be a horrendous school year with math into a very successful one. Cindy cares a lot about her students and will go above and beyond to make sure they understand the material. She was always reliable and made an effort to accommodate our schedule as much as possible. I can't recommend her highly enough.

My 7th grade year in Algebra I Honors, I started to face adversity when it came to critical thinking and analyzing my materials for exams. I contacted Dianne Le and ever since the first session I have changed my work ethic and have become a better individual. Although the rigor tried to take over and frustrate/limit my abilities, Dianne knew how to teach me to limit my stress and make outlines instead of burning out. Whenever my normal teachers approach on a problem did not 'click' Dianne would go out of her way to make me understand it in another way through her artistic abilities. Thanks to Dianne, I managed to raise my grade from a C to an A; later allowing me to apply to a scholarship program and get in. Later on in 8th grade whenever I needed help for my program she would always be available and often made the commute to my town regardless of her tight schedule. Right now Im in 9th grade and Dianne still reaches out and helps me out whenever I am in need. She even took her time to send me a list of service learning opportunities 2 years later!! She is no longer just my math tutor, but she has become a role model and some may even say my mentor. Kudos to her
