I have to say that my experience with Willam was very disappointing. From the beginning he was hard to get a hold of and was never available for calls or meetings. I understand that we all are busy, but isn't meeting with clients how you maintain your business? I always had to reach out to him to see what the status was with our engagement and wedding pictures. Because William was so busy, he didn't even shoot our pictures. The photographers that we decided to go with through him were beyond amazing! It felt like they actually cared about creating this amazing moment for us. William never called to ask how the session went with the other vendors or if we were satisfied. He was always quick to ask for payment but not quick to provide great service. Again, after receiving my wedding photos there was no follow up to see if I was satisfied or if I had even gotten them. The whole process was sad. I wish I would have gone with the actual photographer that shot our wedding. I would have been willing to pay more for her, she was definitely worth it. She was kind and asked questions that William never even bothered to ask. It was concerning when the photographer mentioned her surprise that communications were lacking from William and she was shocked at the level of service that we were getting. We had to ask for a few sneak peeks from our wedding almost three weeks after the wedding. Our photographer mentions that this what she normally does two to three day after and it is something most photographers do as well. Only after sending William an email asking him about this did he send us anything. While we did get a great price for our photos, I don't believe that means that we should get a lower experience. If we weren't worth his time he shouldn't have taken us on as clients. When a bride is planning her wedding the relationships that she forms with the vendors can really enhance or complicate the experience. This experience in all was just very sad.
