Zip to Zip plumbing responded to my initial inquiry for a kitchen faucet replacement promptly with a reasonable quote. They were communicative and early for the scheduled appointment. While the faucet I had was damaged, which required replacement from the company, they returned once a new faucet was available and re-installed. I appreciated their work so much I had them replace an external faucet (hose bib) that had been leaking on their second visit. Zip to Zip Plumbers are kind, prompt, communicative and do quality work that is efficient and clean…and they wore masks while working. I highly recommend them, and will contact them should I need any additional plumbing work done.

We all know that plumbing disasters don't pick and choose when they will stike, mine was during the holidays (boooo). KCC came out and fixed my kitchen sink problem as promised, both professionally and affordable. I will be calling on them again when the weather breaks to fix my yard faucet. I had a great experience with Braheem. After 3 local plumbers who were impossible to reach or wouldn’t give me an estimate, Braheem was clear with pricing, responded immediately, and got to work right away. He was able to fix old plumbing in one bathroom, replace faucets that were stuck between the counter and sink bowl in another bathroom, and even installed a brand new water filter in the kitchen. Looking forward to working with Braheem to replace a radiator as well! Absolutely will recommend him!

Right before Thanksgiving the pipe underneath my bathtub broke and was pouring water down into my kitchen, since my bathroom sits overtop my kitchen. I was sick to my stomach thinking about how I was going to get this fixed, when plumbing work is normally always very expensive. I put a request on Thumbtack and the first contractor said he couldn’t complete the work; however, when I sent my request to Fullvalue Tay’Jon not only contacted me right away but understood my financial situation and scheduled me for a day and time convenient for me. Kevin was so very helpful with replacing my garbage disposal. Not only was he very professional and clear about what he was going to do before he commenced working, but he explained how the machine worked and what I could do to keep it running well. I appreciate that thoughtfulness, and the respect given to me as a client who wants to understand how things work in my home. He looked into my reset switch situation to ensure everything was working in my kitchen and left it spotless. I want to especially note that this was a small job, yet I felt Kevin approached it seriously and with care. That is special and bespeaks of a strong work ethic. The price was quite fair and reasonable (half that quoted to me by Roto Rooter). I will definitely use Egan Plumbing for my projects in the future, and I highly recommend their services.
