Was super excited about this since it was the kitchen faucet. TriComfort is really good about communication and I was getting regular updates on when the tech would show up, and even a picture of the tech, so that I knew who would he coming to my home. Karl explained everything, had shoe covers, laid down drop cloth and went to work. Triple checked for leaks and made sure everything was cleaned up too. Following my water heater dumping inches of water on my basement floor I posted my needs on Thumbtack. Within a few minutes I had my first quote and later a few more. Water Heater Express was my first and lowest estimate. I did additional checking and discovered positive reviews. I then contacted them and they were very easy to work with in setting up an appointment to match my schedule. They arrived on time, evaluated my installation, supplied advice to bring things up to current code and quickly set about removing the old heater and installing a new 40 gallon heater. When finished they carefully cleaned up the area and provided information on care and maintenance. I also discussed that they not only install water heaters but do other plumbing as well. I also received a follow up phone call to be certain everything was ok. I will certainly contact Water Heater Express in the future.
