Johnny was an excellent plumber. He installed a new toilet in our bathroom and replaced our old vanity with a new vanity, which required the plumbing to be rerouted. He did a fantastic job. I had a great experience with Braheem. After 3 local plumbers who were impossible to reach or wouldn’t give me an estimate, Braheem was clear with pricing, responded immediately, and got to work right away. He was able to fix old plumbing in one bathroom, replace faucets that were stuck between the counter and sink bowl in another bathroom, and even installed a brand new water filter in the kitchen. Looking forward to working with Braheem to replace a radiator as well! Absolutely will recommend him!

He was paid in cash for the entire plumbing project [on the same day the work was done] which consisted of 3 separate plumbing problem areas. He does not communicate with the homeowner via standard formats: cell & certified mail.Customer satisfaction and requested follow-thru are not his priority.

We called in Augo because of a relatively small issue that we had with our plumbing that our regular guy couldn’t look at. But we were so impressed by their knowledge and professionalism that we ended up discussing the renovations we were doing and eventually hiring the Augo team to do our plumbing. They came up with a plan for installing three new bathrooms without having to cut through the floors, which we wanted to avoid doing and which our previous plumber had recommended. We had our main bathroom toilet replaced because it wasn’t flushing at all due to how old it was. You could visibly see all the build up (gross!). When you’d flush, it’d just swirl and swirl (barely) and never really flush down. He did a wonderful job- quick, efficient, responsive, fair pricing. Mohamed came to switch out two bathroom faucets. Not only did he install the new ones beautifully he found and corrected several underlying issues that contributed to leaks and corroded hardware. He modified the mounting hardware so that it fit my sink, reworked the drain plumbing to accommodate matching drain plugs, recaulked the sink, cleaned up thoroughly, explained everything and was professional throughout. He was even very kind to my dog. I would absolutely hire him again.

ASAP came our same day to fix a serious plumbing issue at our duplex regarding a leaking tub destroying the bathroom ceiling in the unit below them. They came same day at the time they indicated. Tony was one of the contractors that showed up for an evaluation of a problem which we had with a leak in the bathroom upstairs. The first personÂ’s estimate was outrageous. As it turned out Tony was very honest about the whole situation. He did not only fixed the plumbing but also recommended to replace a very old bathtub (rusting on the bottom) to avoid later problems. With that he retiled the area above the bathtub. He was always on time, and communicating his commute and arrival via text messages. The price, for what turned out to be a much bigger job than anticipated, was very reasonable. We are going to hire him again to refinish the hardwood floors. I would highly recommend his services to anyone.

Sunny's services is an excellent company! I was in the middle of a bathroom renovation and got in over my head with plumbing that needed to be installed. I went on thumbtack put in a request and within 10 minutes not only did Sunny's services reply but also provided cost for the project from a sent picture. I let them know it was an emergency and they let me know they would be able to accommodate me once complete their scheduled project. I called 10am and they were here by 4pm same day. They let me know what needed to be done and when i asked how much (expecting a change in cost) I was quoted the original number in a fashion like we already discussed this. I was surprised the price didn't change since it was such fast service and they were able to squeeze me in. It took 2 hours including him going to get parts and making adjustments to the wall for installation. Kenny is a true professional with a personal touch. He was adept in identifying issues and helping to provide resolutions that were relevant not only to our main project, but to various others Our main project was concerning the plumbing in our bathroom we are renovating. Kenny went above and beyond in assisting us with the removal our the radiator, installing the piping the way we wanted, and helping us along the way with tips and tricks. Furthermore, we were also helped by his Brother Brent who did the electrical side for us. Brent is wonderful and a kind expert. He was able to remove old wiring, help us understand how to have a safer home, and more. Mohammad responded to my request early on a Sunday morning. We have used him a couple of years ago for some running toilets and it was a great experience. Contacted him this morning for a leak in two water lines at the back of my refrigerator. He fixed those no problem. While he was there I realized there was a leak under a newly installed bathroom sink. He fixed that. Lastly, I asked him to look at an insta-hot that my husband started to install months ago and didn’t get to complete. Mohammad wasn’t able to complete either because he didn’t have the right parts with him but let my husband know what parts to get. I will contact this pro again if I ever have any other plumbing issues. He’s the best! Highly recommend!

From initial contact to job completion Egan's checked all the boxes that I look for in a professional contractor. Most impressive is Kevin's honesty and attention to detail. We did a full walk through of what needed to be fixed and he carefully evaluated each issue and explained the anticipated course of action. He took the time to discuss and answer my questions. His written quote was also very detailed so I knew exactly what I was paying for with no surprises. Kevin also went out of his way to track down a special part in order to repair, as opposed to replace, bathroom sink fixtures. Right before Thanksgiving the pipe underneath my bathtub broke and was pouring water down into my kitchen, since my bathroom sits overtop my kitchen. I was sick to my stomach thinking about how I was going to get this fixed, when plumbing work is normally always very expensive.
