Mr.Lawrence was the gentalman for the job. He was above and beyond my expectations of making my surprise wedding aniverserery dinner for my wife. The wine pairing was something I was unfamiliar with. So Mr. Lawrence was very patient and explanatory on a whole new experience that open a door for new possibilities for me and my wife. As for the food. Definitely five star, plenty to eat, and there was plenty of extras to take home to my boys so they can experience a part of our night. To finish off the review I got to say I was not exspecting the relationship I have established with Mr. Lawrence. The conversation was worth it in its self and can't wait to continue the relationship in the future. P.s I'm dying to try his crab cakes.
My husband and I ran into many issues the week before our wedding and Clesha was there to help me with anything and everything! I was probably the hardest person to work with being that I was scatter minded at that point before my wedding but she really took her time with me and directed what we would need. She set up so fast and broke everything down so fast. It was very worth having her help us and I will use her services in the future for anything party like events that I have ( Maybe future baby shower next ) Our wedding was like a dream a magical loving dream that I will never forget. Thank you!
Shonta was the Wedding Planner and Florist for my daughters' wedding and she did an amazing job. She has great creativity and is wonderful to work with. She has also worked on other big events with us and can be counted to execute and deliver.
I recently had the absolute privilege of collaborating with Denise from Brilliant Affairs and her wonderful staff at a July 2017 wedding. I was immediately made to feel at home. Denise and her staff went far above and beyond to make sure that both the client and her staff were being taken care of with the utmost professionalism. In my humble opinion, she has the capability, talent, ability to anticipate potential issues, and most importantly the obvious passion and love for what she does,and she does it better than any I have worked with. Angela was incredible! She exactly captured what we wanted for our wedding flowers and really helped to make our wedding special! The flower arrangements were beautiful and Angela even put name tags on each of the bouquets to make all of the members of our wedding party feel special :)
I was looking for planners for my sister who is Orthodox Jewish and had very specific requirements around that, so we weren't able to hire Katie, but I wanted to note that she was the CONSUMMATE professional. She was very generous with her time and completely understanding and respectful of her needs. I could not have asked for a nicer interaction with someone I couldn't hire and had the circumstances been any different, I would have hired her in an instant. Where some wedding planners will be rude to you once they discover they don't meet your needs (I have interviewed several, between my own wedding and my sister's) Katie was kind and accommodating. I imagine it would be an absolute pleasure to work with her - and I got this read just off of our first interaction! I highly recommend her.
Stephanie did an amazing job planning my wedding. She took what few ideas I had and really made it come to life. She was very responsive and kept me up to date with everything. There was never a moment where I felt lost. Stephanie also assisted me with setting up taste testing for food and cake. Before setting up the actual venue she did show me what the table set up would look like and where everything would be placed at the venue. All in all Stephanie is very organized and dedicated to making sure the wedding was a success from start to finish. I would definitely use her again for future events.
We were celebrating our wedding anniversary. I loved that Ronda got back to me right away, was able to adjust the menu to our liking and accommodate a fairly short turn around. She and Maurice were right on time, the meal was delicious and served with a wonderful attitude. All in all, we couldn't have been more pleased.
He did a great job! The music was on point. He pleased the guess with their request and stayed to the very end. He stuck to his word of what he would provide. It was just hard getting in contact with him before my wedding.
Working with Terri was truly a joy...she's very professional...over the course of planning, she reached out to me several times not regarding the planning but solely to check on me because wedding planning can become stressful and that was greatly appreciated
Testimonial for Rachael Before I met Rachael, I was entirely unaware of how impactful and life-changing a wedding planner could be. Perhaps it is because Rachael is 1000 times more than simply a “wedding planner.” With over 10 years of experience in the field, Rachael essentially eliminated approximately 99% of the stress that goes into planning a wedding by taking one multiple roles: a liaison between our vendors, a magician with saving us money, a therapist when I needed someone to talk to, a genie by making my dream wedding a reality, and, most importantly, a true friend and unyielding cheerleader for us. The only bad thing about getting married has been not having a reason to talk to Rachael nearly everyday, since she WILL be there for you EVERY day, day or night, and is probably the most punctual and giving person I have ever met. However, her value does not end with simply being nice. She is incredibly smart and meticulous, knowing the details of our wedding even better than my fiancé or I did, and making sure that our vision for what we wanted was realized. She is undoubtedly the Olivia Pope of wedding planners which, for everyone who hasn’t seen Scandal, means that she could work on a presidential level of wedding planning, can organize your life better than anyone and will take care of all of the dirty work too! To be called the Olivia Pope of anything is an extremely difficult level to reach, since this fictional character is unrealistically perfect at everything she does, but Rachael has earned that title without a doubt. I would hire her for anything. One of the best things about her is she’s great at everything wedding-related too! From going to Sephora with me to help me pick out makeup for the big day, to capturing some of the most special moments from my wedding on her iPhone, to even driving an hour to Delaware in rush hour traffic to help me pick out the perfect amount of alcohol to be served at our wedding, Rachael truly does it all. She is way more than simply your wedding planner. She becomes your biggest fan, an incredible friend, and, on the big day, the most reliable person in the room. No one made us feel more comfortable than Rachael on our wedding day, which just goes to show how important she was to the entire event. Our wedding was perfect, thanks to Rachael. I don’t see how we could have pulled it off without her. Anyone who works with Rachael should consider themselves lucky, because this girl is going places! So if you’re able to book her, do it while you can! I really think she could be running our country someday (hopefully someday soon!) I hired Jean to day-of coordinate my wedding this past April. I started talking to her right around the same time that I started getting overwhelmed by wedding planning and she was incredibly helpful. She made me a detailed to do list for the last 4 weeks (I was doing all wedding planning on my own), would check in to help me keep organized, made herself familiar with my other vendors and knew details about the itinerary better than I did at times! She attended the rehearsal and was there all day for me during the wedding. This was actually the first time I met her in person as I was planning from across the country, and she was so warm and became a friend immediately which helped calm my nerves. The one thing I wanted for the day of my wedding was to not worry about anything- and I got my wish thanks to Jean. It rained unexpectedly for photos and our ceremony had to be switched to a different location, but I didn’t have to worry about any of it. She was super organized, had more energy than I did all day, and made sure things went flawlessly even when we had some hiccups. Jean was a dream to work with and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding coordinator or event planner.
It has been a pleasure to work with K&M Royal Events, LLC for my wedding event planning. She is extremely helpful in navigating such an overwhelming process, especially when thinking of ways to stay inside our budget and keeping things organized. Lamide was hired in January to assist me in coordinating my June nuptial. Regretfully I had to cancel my wedding however through the process Lamide was an absolute God sent she took over the role of assisting me in returning a lot of the items that we had purchased for the wedding. She did not hesitate in keeping in contact to make sure I was okay. Prior to me calling off my wedding Lamide was instrumental in me getting great deals on my linens and decor I had to purchase. She kept me informed on great decoration options based on her understanding of my vision for the wedding. I will highly recommend her and will definitely reach out to her if I even plan on having another event.
"Chris DJ'ed my wedding in September of 2008 at Bolingbroke Mansion and it went beautifully. We had sound for our very non-traditional ceremony. We had classical cocktail music on the rear patio, and music for dinner on the side patio. I was very concerned that there would not be much dancing as the rooms in the mansion are small, but Chris was able to get a large crowd motivated in the main room.
