Dr. Phil was excellent. I always wondered how this service can be so inexpensive. Well you get what you pay for. He discussed with me my goals in detail, and then after listening to what my health issues were he gave me a general overview of what our sessions would be like. He did things I had never seen from another trainer . Ive had a few in the past. His workouts consisted of posture correction, and correcting my muscle imbalances and issues. He has a very calm yet friendly demeanor and you can instantly tell he is very knowledgeable. I suffer from low back pain and hypertension and within just a few weeks both have improved significantly. I had no idea a weak core was a major contributor to low back pain. He was able to look at my posture and identify instantly what needed to be done. Im just used to trainers doing body fat and measurements. This was all new to me. Being sedentary also didn't help me at all. He also gave me a very comprehensive nutrition plan to follow which worked for me and my lifestyle. It was very sensible for ME! He also helped me realize that I was lacking quality sleep and that without good sleep, weight loss, more accurately body fat reduction would be a slower process. He helped me identify things I was going to make sleep not restful and after making adjustments I'm sleeping much better. Definitely a different kind of trainer. Not just about weight loss. Covers a lot and the value is second to none as far as I'm concerned. Do your homework before hiring a trainer, Phils education caught my attention and his friendly yet confident demeanor has made me feel very confident and comfortable.
What can I say about Andre other than he has been getting on my nerves since October 2016. He always ask me what I ate when I see him. Now I can't enjoy chinese fried chicken without seeing a treadmill. He also has a bad habit of tricking me into doing more than what I think I'm capable of. Even though I have nightmares of Andre making me run on the treadmill for eating fried chicken I enjoy working with him. He is a pleasure to work with. So if you are looking for a trainer to not only help you reach your goals but someone who will motivate, believe in you more than you believe in yourself and build your confidence within yourself physically and mentally Andre is the one for you. As you can see from my picture Andre has help me come a long way. Choosing Andre as my trainer is the best decision I ever made. There's no better investment than yourself. I have gone to several Sweat classes taught by Tav! He's an awesome trainer who puts together a great workout for your whole body!! A lot of times trainers or small groups can be very intimidating but he makes you feel comfortable and capable of getting done a really tough workout! I would definitely recommend Tav as a personal trainer and as an instructor for any class that he's teaching!!
Evelyn is a dynamic and colorful fitness instructor! I adore taking classes with Evelyn as she is fit and creative and the workouts are always different and challenging! Evelyn recognizes the varied athletic abilities in each class and she provides modifications to all exercises. Adding Evelyn’s PIYo to my week gave me a strength and flexibility I never knew I had. She focuses on variety and the fact that you can get a astounding workout with just your own body weight! Evelyn is exceptional!!
Today was my first day at Body Craft and l felt like I been there forever. Jake made me feel very comfortable during my workouts. He made sure the weights wasn’t to heavy and he gave me that extra push that I need to achieve my goal and also gave me a meal plan. I made him my new personal trainer. Jacquie was very responsive to my initial inquiries as I had never worked with a trainer before and was starting from zero. She was encouraging and not pushy. I appreciated the first session at no cost / she asked pertinent questions and was quick to understand my priorities. I felt she had a keen sense of 'where I was' in terms of weight training and was able to set manageable goals for me.
Nilda is an experienced trainer and I love working with her! She has been working with me, my sister, my mom, and my aunt. Each week she challenges us with different exercises. She is constantly providing modifications and progressions for the different exercises. She is always looking for ways to challenge us and meet us at our different fitness levels. Nilda always knows what to say to motivate us and get us to do one more rep. She also reminds us to listen to our bodies and is always checking to make sure we are using proper form. Above all, she is professional, knowledgable, and kind. We love having her as our personal trainer!!!
At the age 47 and a little out of shape, I needed to get in top physical shape for a police academy. (In New Jersey the age limit for police officers is 35, but there is no age limit for correction and sheriffs dept)...... so I new if I wanted this job in corrections, I had to be ready, and if anybody has been to any police academy, you know it's a para military atmosphere. Screaming at you from day one, not caring about your feelings. Their only concerns is that you will be physically and mentally strong in law enforcement environment. The first Day I walked in, I talked to Bob about my mental and physical weaknesses, and he told me not to worry, and to listen to everything he had to say moving forward. I literally felt at ease from that moment on. Now it wasn't always easy, Bob pushed my mental and physical abilities beyond I thought I could ever reach, and after 6 months of running, sprinting,spinning,rowing,pull-ups, push-ups, weight training, jump roap, etc., I found myself in the best physical and mental shape of my life. Bob is more than just a trainer, he is a trainer, a life coach, a friend, (and even an enemy, lol when he had to be). I am proud to say that on July 12, 2016 I graduated as a New Jersey Juvenile Justice Commission corrections officer, cycle 29 and have been working in the jail ever since, and I couldn't be happier about my new career in law enforcement, but most of all, I couldn't of been happier about the choice I made walking into Bob's studio, because I know I could have never done it on my own. I love a variety of workouts and Marc was the best possible trainer for that. We met at various outdoor locations so the workouts were varied. I eat a specific vegan/vegetarian diet and Marc had a lot of knowledge in that area. He taught me about pairing foods and what foods to avoid that I never knew before. I have had multiple trainers and no one gave me the knowledge and attention that Marc provided. Best investment ever!

Doreen is an excellent trainer. Although I am not over 50, she has been great at customizing a workout to fit my specific needs. Additionally, she provided me with fantastic resources to help me make good choices when deciding what and where to eat. Rather than putting me on some crazy new diet, she allowed me the opportunity to visualize what I was intaking and discover ways on how I could improve my health and wellness by making healthier choices. She had great recomendations for workouts I can do from home and encourages me in-between visits without being overbearing. The book she suggested I read had valuable information as well. Overall I would say that working out with Doreen has greatly improved my health and I would recommend her to anyone looking to loose weight and live a healthier lifestyle.
