Ty is a welcome beam of sunshine and energy at the beginning of my journey to get my life back on track. He is personable, knowledgable, and empathetic. He came to my downtown apartment building and made use of the limited equipment available at the property's onsite gym. He offered personalized services and solutions to flex around my schedule and my idiosyncrasies! He encouraged me to complete sets that I struggled to do and spotted me when I got weak; it made me feel safe and therefore committed to completing the set. My journey won't be easy, but I feel more confident going into it with Ty by my side. He was right on time for our scheduled session and I cannot wait for the next one!
Steven and ATM Fitness are wonderful. The workouts are challenging but within my comfort zone. Since I have been working out with Steven I have lost 10 pounds and have started toning up. I would recommend ATM Fitness to anyone trying to achieve their fitness goals!

I started working with Jason in January of 2014. I joined his Boot Camp for women from an ad I saw online. From the time we spoke on the phone and he described what his program was about, I was convinced that his program was for me. I was very reluctant to join this group because I was older and not very fit, but he made me feel comfortable and gave me a discount to try it for 30 days. I now have been a part of his team for 10 months now and I cant imagine not being involved with his team. I have made a group of friends that I would have never met had I not joined. We do things as a group and have bonded over these past months. I would recommend Jason to all my friends and I have and will continue to promote his product. He is a great guy, and is not the typical "Drill Sargent" that you would think of as a "Boot Camp" Instructor. He is kind, patient and pushes us to our limits. He definitely is someone that I look up to and that I would like to thank for helping me be a better me. He makes working out fun. I never thought I would ever say that and I look forward to going to the class.
I started working out with Ashley to lose my baby weight and more. She understood my limits with coming off two past major C-section and designed workouts for me. She increased and pushed me at a great pace and I am stronger than ever now. She pushed me to reach my goals and encouraged me to keep setting new healthy goals. Her workouts and boot camps are tough but somehow fun. I really liked the recent deck of cards workout we did, although she kept drawing burpees out of the deck. She also showed me a variety of workouts both with machines and without. I am knowledgeable enough to feel confident in working out alone now which is great. Although, kept weekly sessions with her bc she always pushes me harder. She moved out of state and I don't think I will find a trainer like her again. I think she is a great choice for any level of fitness.
I had gastric bypass and have never been in a gym, with Martina's help I've have been a gym member for 4 years now. We started from basic nutrition and exercise and she made adjustment as I progressed. She always made sure that I was doing the exercises correctly. If you want results give Martina a chance and you will see them!
Megan is one of the most dynamic, holistic, and most importantly, fun fitness gurus I've worked with, and I say all of this because of (and in spite of) the fact that she KICKED MY BUTT!!! She taught me some basic exercises that I can do in my living room while catching up on Food Network reality shows, but let's be real, I did a few more lunges and tricep dips when she was watching over me with her "boot camp meets Beyoncé" training style. I love that she's available to answer all of my health questions, like "Can you SERIOUSLY put kale in a smoothie and it tastes good?" to "What am I doing wrong that my glutes aren't sore after spin?" to "What is an Omega 3 anyway?" and everything in between. She walks the walk and talks the talk in her daily life and that inspires me to at least do small things to up my own game. I would recommend her to anyone who wants to be healthier but feels overwhelmed by the Billy Blanks' of the world. She breaks down healthy into digestible bites that fit into my lifestyle, and therefore, would fit into ANYONE else's. So I'll see you at TRX Saturday morning and the bar later that night?
