I'd use the word "professionals" but that hasn't always been the case. Too many wanted to get in and out ASAP and put a check in the box. In too many cases there was always some disappointment. Not with Geary. If you are looking for a man who takes immense pride in his craft and is passionate about how his work will look in your home, you absolutely need to get in touch with Geary. It's cliche, but I truly feel that the job he did on our home was the same he'd do on his own. We weren't sure what direction we wanted to go for color and finish so after he prepped the floor Geary put down no fewer than 9 different stains and finishes so we could decide what they looked like on OUR floor, not on a paper sample in a big box store. Geary was on site every minute of the job and he and his crew were professional, polite and conducted themelves as gentlemen at all times. We also feel good about supporting a young businessman (and his family) who is making his way the right way with no shortcuts and supporting the Valley. If you thought old school craftsmanship was a thing of the past you haven't had Geary do work for you. If you are thinking of having your hardwood floors redone, you absolutely owe it to yourself to at least bring him in for a visit. We literally couldn't be happier. Our floors look amazing!"See more

Flying V did a fantastic job on my wood floors! I just purchased a 1945 house with white oak floors that had never been refinished since the house was built, and they were in rough shape. The guys were very communicative, both before the work began as well as with their daily texts to provide me status updates on the floor progress. They completed 4 rooms, 4 closets, a hallway, and a stairway all in less than a week. The level of dust was extremely minimal, they taped off rooms, and cleaned thoroughly. I also appreciated that they used eco-friendly materials, which cut down on the smell of wood floor refinishing and allowed me to feel comfortable getting back into the house sooner. A once I get around to redoing the two non-wood floor rooms of my house, I plan to reach out and have Flying V do those rooms as well!

Geary and his team did excellent work and were very affordable. We have just partially moved into our house and needed the hardwood floors refinished quickly, as they have been under carpet for at least 30 years. Geary squeezed us in for the next week and his crew came out and worked for a solid 8 hours. They got a lot of work done in very little time. They came out the next day to finish sanding and applied the first coat of polyurethane. They finished much earlier than anticipated that day. They came back on Monday to buff and apply the second coat and again on Tuesday to do the 3rd and final. Everyone in his crew were professional and kind. If I ever need work done again, I'm going through Mac's and I will recommend them to anyone else that needs work done. Their work was exceptional but their low price was just an added bonus to the end product.
