Amanda is all-around fantastic! She was extremely thorough, made sure all of the cleaning products she used were ok with me, and always made sure I knew what she was working on. She even cleaned a few things I was having a hard time with on my own. My house looked and smelled cleaner than it had since we moved in. I highly recommend Amanda for anything you need. I will definitely have her back! As a bonus, she is a very kind and personable woman. I can't say enough!!

On the first occasion, I hired Peaceful Solutions at the last minute (reached out a day before) for a deep cleaning of our place and really appreciated their quick response and hassle-free scheduling process. I was also very happy with the cleaning experience, and hired the same cleaner again for a usual, light cleaning. She is very positive, did a good job each time, worked diligently, and was open to suggestions. I would hire her again, and am overall satisfied with the results but the following are a few areas I would like to see improvements on: (1) the cleaner was late by 30-45 min both times. The cleaner did let me know in the morning and was not a big deal, but I'd rather get the scheduling piece out of the way during the actual scheduling process, as I had aleady run back to our place from breakfast to be on time for the cleaning on the first day. (2) I felt that some supervision and guidance was necessary at both times. The first time she worked very hard and did a thorough job, but it took much longer than both parties initially estimated, leaving behind a few items I wanted to get done at a deep cleaning session. The second time, I gave her some instructions and headed out towards the end of the session. She did thorough work for both BRs/BAs and helped with organizing, which I appreciated, but left the foor in the living room space uncleaned (or not completely cleaned? I wasn't sure.) If she could plan and prioritize cleaning and communicate that with me, I would be feel more comfortable not blocking off my time for the cleaning sessions. That said, I'm happy with the services and experience overall, and got what I was looking for -- trustworthy and competent cleaning service.

My experience with Franciele was EXCELLENT. I reached out to her for the first time on a Friday to request a cleaning of my father and stepmom's home no later than the following Tuesday (as a gift, as my father had just undergone unexpected cardiac bypass surgery). Franciele and her team responded immediately and rearranged their schedule to accommodate my request. She arrived at the home right on time and spent close to 8 hours "deep cleaning" it. My stepmom, who is a very discerning critic, was speechless with the finished product - she said that the house "looked like a model home." As a result, my stepmom has hired Franciele on a more permanent basis and has given her information to my brother and Aunt, both of whom are excited for her to start at their homes. My family and I are so lucky to have found Franciele. She is talented, professional, kind-hearted and organized. You will not be disappointed with any part of her service model.

I hired Robin to help me with updating 18 yr.old townhouse I downsized to. I have changed my preferences from traditional to a pared down contemporary look. Robin is helping me with this transition by planning work in phases so I can budget ,color scheme selection, repositioning of current furniture and guidance about new purchases. She is highly professional, realistic, style versatile and very importantly -practical about my needs. She is not like other designers I have encountered who charge exhorbitant rates or require you to buy products. She is truly a design consultant and customer focused. Her rates are very reasonable -whether you want her help with a small project or a complete design and project management of a whole house remodel. When my aunt fell ill, my husband and I scouted out for home cleaning services to come and do some weekly light cleaning for her. It just so happened as I was out shopping, in the parking lot I seen a car with a magnetic sign which read 'Cleaning Service', so I decided to call the number. The owner answered and I told her our needs. We set up an appointment and on the appointed day, I met the workers there. They were very prompt and professional. They did everything I asked. They also made my elderly aunt feel very comfortable by having conversations with her. Upon their departure, we were all in agreement that THIS would be the company to keep my aunt's apartment cleaned. I also decided to hire them for my own home.

I was skeptical that professional organization would be a worthwhile expense, but was at my wit's end with some projects I just couldn't tackle in my house. I don't have the words to describe the chaos that existed in the room I was trying to legitimately work from when I started my own business. I felt like a phony conducting business with paying clients as I looked around my "office" with piles of kids' artwork, wrapping paper/tape/scissors, bags needing to go to goodwill etc. etc. Nancy listened to the way I work, the challenges I face in staying organized and productive; then created a space that worked for me. She turned the room inside out, sorted everything that needed to be thrown away or find a new home, then put it back together in lightning speed using everything I already had. It is a testament to her ability to truly listen to my needs that this space continues to work for me the way she organized it 2 years later. Following that successful project I worked with Nancy on the organization of my boys' bedrooms. She conducted mini-interviews with them on what they wanted (which they loved!), consulted on the selection of shelving and decor in line with my budget, coordinated the install and pulled it all together; culminating in a "reveal" for us worthy of a DIY show. I can't say enough good things about working with Nancy Stickle. She's professional, fun, a great listener and excellent organizer.
I've been putting off remodeling my bathroom for quite some time now since I know the whole process can be so stressful but it came to the point that I could not put it off any longer, my bathroom was literally falling apart, tiles were falling off and everything seemed to be leaking.
