EXCELLENT!!! Jonas is the best personal trainer I've ever seen. I've actually been trained by him for 4 months. Why I just comment now is I believe that data and experience is more convincing. I've lost 18 lbs during these four months, more important is my body fat started at 17% to 6.7% ! I can't believe myself! But it's true! Additionally, Jonas is more than a professional trainer but a kindhearted, patient, humorous friend! I highly recommend him and F.A.M.E fitness! You will never regret your choice! Hopefully my poor English didn't make any misunderstanding (at least Jonas can bear my English, lol)
My wife and I started this journey about 2 months ago. We weren't sure what to expect and were a bit apprehensive about hiring a personal trainer. I have to say that Phil has exceeded our expectations. He comes to the sessions prepared, follows up with us during the week and changes the workout as needed. The first time I met Bonnie for my consultation I was impressed with amount of knowledge she had for this field.I decided to give it a try. She provided workouts that were not typical and worked muscles that are hardly used. I have a couple of degrees and a decent job, but I didn’t feel like I was having the success in my career that I thought I should. I felt like I kept doing things that got in the way of doing better. I am a fairly stubborn person, so of course I thought I could solve my problems myself. The problem with that thinking is that unless you understand why you are having issues, you will continue to keep going down the same road. I had heard about life coaches and thought I would give it a try. The first couple of coaches I tried weren’t a good fit for me. I didn’t really feel comfortable working with them because they didn’t actually get to know me to understand what was going on with me. Then I met Dancer for Life. I knew right away I had met the right coach! She had a way of making me feel comfortable and helped me begin to recognize some of issues I was facing. I am a little defensive at times (well, maybe a lot defensive), but Beth was able to talk with me in a way that I could be really honest with her and myself. That was a very important beginning! From there we worked together to develop a plan that would help me with my problems in my career. I think the collaborative approach was the key, because if she had given me a “one-size-fits-all” plan, it wouldn’t have worked for me. I came to grips with the fact that I was really bad with procrastination. I also had difficulty taking constructive criticism, which was incredibly important to resolve if I was ever going to advance in my career. There were some setbacks here and there, but Beth worked with me through it all and equipped me with the tools and skills to get back on track and make big improvements in my life. Today, I am in a much better spot and am having great success in my career. I’ve even gotten two promotions! More importantly, the skills that Beth helped me developed have even assisted me in other areas of my life. I found Lisa through her website after quite a bit of searching. I knew what I wanted to accomplish; I just didn't know how to get it done. Nutritional advice, personal training, and motivation is what I was searching for and exactly what I found in Lisa! She is encouraging, upbeat, and always focused on my development. The workouts are fun, varied and always challenging. As I have made lifestyle changes toward being healthier - I feel that I have a true partner in Lisa. She has worked with me on so many different muscle groups and overall cardio fitness my health, body and spirit are all stronger. Each time we go through something new she demonstrates just what a strong and effective teacher she is both my modeling the exercise and patiently giving feedback until my form improves. She is such a strong teacher that many of the exercises she has taught me I now can do at home. Lisa has a variety of videos that she has available for those in-between work outs along with those times I can't make my twice weekly workouts. Simply put - a joy to work with and a complete health coach. I feel nothing less than grateful to have found her.
JOY AND SUCCESS WITHOUT FRUSTRATION? Never thought I could have access to the positive vibrations of life. I was always trying to seek and force my desires in a self discouraging, self defeating manner. Now Life Coaching has shown me I "do" have access in the present and can allow things to materialize in the way they are intended. Simply put "Looking forward to all that is to come and easing into all of it, knowing that the journey is why I came here." As before I would feel I have something pressing to do and would be WASTING TIME even here writing this. What a relief...TIME,...We can not have any more of it, or any less of it. I find SHEpherd's guidance very useful in my current career. Dina gives me advice on navigating usual hurdles and some not so common hurdles. Meeting with TJ gave me a chance to talk about a personal matter in a completely comfortable environment. He listened closely and helped me see the bigger picture. Through his counseling, I was able to move past a difficult time in my life. It was great to know he was always there to lend an ear and help me put things into perspective. Sometimes all you need is someone to talk to when you're going through a rough time. TJ was that person for me. He was very professional and supportive.

I started working out again in February 2011. I met Erin as she showed me around the gym about how to use the gym equipment. I felt an instant connection with her, so I decided to start going to her once a week for extra help. WOW was I amazed on how out of shape I was. She has encouraged and pushed me to do my best and at times has laughed with me. I have awesome arms and legs now! Erin is an awesome personal trainer!!!
