Terry was honestly one of the best trainers I have ever had! He knew how to push me passed my limits but never too far where I was uncomfortable. It was fun and I always looked forward to our next session! Always kept me motivated! Seriously the best trainer I've had! Would recommend him and everyone including family and friends!
Josh was very fast to respond to my message on Facebook. I’ve never been to a trainer before and I wasn’t even sure where to begin. He was very helpful in answering my questions and helping the ease my mind. He was able to work around my crazy schedule and was even willing to help me figure out healthy goodness options while I was out of town for work. Josh takes great pride in his work. He genuinely cares about your overall health, not just you performance exercising. I’m still in my beginning stages with him but I can promise that you will definitely feel a change in your muscles and feel so much better after you leave. I would recommend him to anyone in any age group!
Staci is an outstanding personal trainer! She makes you feel very comfortable and is very knowledgeable. Staci created various workout routines, so I was always being challenged in different ways. Working with her was exactly what I needed to take my workouts to the next level. While working with Staci twice a week, I lost 4 inches in 4 weeks.

"Wake-up calls" present themselves in many forms. However, I believe most would agree they often occur as the result of a loss-- the loss of a loved one, a friendship, a marriage, a job, or one's health. My wake-up call occurred July 24, 2012. After avoiding annual physicals for 6 years, I walked out of my doctor's office with a prescription for blood pressure medication and a cholesterol count of 239. Until the age of 35, I was the woman everyone envied--the one who could eat anything and not gain an ounce--then everything changed. For the next 15 years, I continued my unhealthy eating habits until I was 60 pounds overweight, with blood pressure levels bordering on dangerous. After leaving the doctor's office that same day in July, I met a woman who had lost 60 pounds over the previous 18 months. I immediately asked her how she lost the weight. She said she hired a trainer, and the trainer's name was Bev Hobaugh. I contacted Bev 5 days later. She listened carefully to my "story," and booked my first training session the following week. Two years, 50 pounds, and 45 cholesterol points later, I'm still training with Bev 2 days per week, and have no plans to quit!! Bev's philosophy centers on a commitment to a healthy lifestyle-no matter how busy or hectic one's current lifestyle may seem. Bev's program is not just about exercising to lose weight. My 93 year old mother just had her introductory session with Jason, and it was more than I thought it would be. Jason had her doing things I didn't think she would do on his first visit. It was so successful, we have signed up for 10 sessions. Jason was more than I thought I could get in a physical trainer. After mom went into hospital walking, she came out of the rehab center after two months, unable to walk. In a facility that was understaffed, and with healthcare workers who only lived for a paycheck, a 93 year old woman who once lived alone at night and climbed two sets of stairs couldn't walk or feed herself when she returned home. Mom is standing again and getting her strength back, and watching Jason work with her today, I was amazed at how wonderful she responded to his requests. Jason seems to have a way of saying the right thing and getting out of his clients (my mom) more than I could myself. I would recommend Jason to anyone after just one visit, and will update at the end of our first 10 sessions. Thanks Jason!

Nicole is a great personal fitness trainer. Before she begins training, she asks for medical and any injury background to help her set up personal exercises that match your needs and abilities. She offers workout tips, nutritional advice, modifications to exercises if needed, and encouragement. Nicole also gives the one-on-one attention/focus to you and keeps an eye on proper form. When she teaches a new workout, she demonstrates it and explains which muscles/areas the exercise works. She is very up-to-date and knowledge on health, nutrition, and exercise.
She is a very dedicated and caring trainer. SShe pushes you to work hard and is very knowledgeable. I would work out w sam everyday if I could.
Rick is a great trainer that is always prepared with my workouts. Every workout is thought out and he is right there coaching you every second. He is fun, but knows my limits and won't let me slack off. He is flexible with his time and is very accommodating. Rick is also helping me with nutrition and breaking down types of foods and nutrients I need to lose weight and be strong.
I am 100% satisfied with Martina. She treats each client individually depending on their needs. She pushes me to my limits and even after five sessions, I already feel and see results. It was also important to me that I have one on one time with the trainer I chose, and that is exactly what I get with Martina.
I just wanted to share my experience with personal trainer Kaylee Bowden at Without Limits Fitness. I am going into my third month and I feel great. I had trained for 6 years with numerous trainers before I started training with Dan. I could not do even 1 pull up. After a few months working with Dan, I was able to do 7 pull ups! He knows how to get your body where you want it to be. You Will gain strength and have a better body. I am a male in my late 50's and he was able to give me the stronger body I had hoped for. If he can do that for me, imagine what he can do for you? I have also seen the great results he has had with young athletes. If you are looking to have a better, stronger body, I highly recommend working with Dan!
I've been working with Jon-Mike for about five years. He has been a great coach. He is extremely knowledgeable in both physiology and nutrition. Jon is really inspiring. He is an amazing athlete and incredibly strong. He is motivating but at the same time sensitive to my limitations. I feel like I'm working out with a friend, not a drill seargent. I always look forward to our sessions and hate when it's over. Jon-Mike is very reliable and always on time, unlike many other trainers I've worked with.

Rob was very knowledgeable, patient, and kind to me during our workout session. He understood that I was not a fan of exercise,I expressed to him that it was something I needed to do to lose weight and feel healthier! He showed me a few different routines and one was actually really fun. There was one that used something called a Bosu, which really challenged me to stay balanced and burned lots of calories in the process After our sessions were done, we set up a routine that I could easily do in my home and that fit in my schedule. Now I feel confident that I can carry out our exercise plan and work towards my fitness goals. I highly recommend Rob as a personal trainer!
Searching for a trainer was hard for me, I wanted someone who is educated and could answer any questions that came up. After finding him on the Tumbtack app, I noticed he had multiple degrees and he was also a chef! So I hired him and after the first day I could tell he was truly something special. His knowledge and his workouts are something I look forward to each week. I would have Nick live in my guesthouse if I could! That’s how good he is. He is always coming up with different workouts and is always supplying me with healthy recipes to cook right after our workouts! He is fantastic and I couldn’t recommend him more!
