Lou is fun, friendly, caring, and fair. He loves his job and is not just a personal trainer but a nutritionist which is super helpful. Even with one 1 hour workout a week with him I see results, which is hard to believe but true! He is helping me gain muscle. I love that he is conscious of the type of supplements he recommends and he is an advocate of natural eating, unlike many trainers out there who recommend terrible harsh products. He is encouraging, reasonable, and pushes me to the right extant, and is careful to avoid injury. Lou fosters healthy body image.. He asked what my goals are and is quick to respond to emails, texts and other communication. He has a flexible schedule and will work with the client's busy schedule to schedule sessions. He is a good guy... I certainly recommend him to anyone.

Before I walked into the studio gym, I wasn't sure about a personal trainer. Lou made me completely change my perspective. I'm a fairly athletic person, but struggle with proper nutrition and weight loss. Lou helped me by showing me example workouts, stretches, and healthy dietary alternatives that will help me reach my goals. He proved himself very knowledgable in the areas of nutrition and fitness. I sought out personal training because I was overweight, out of shape, & when I went to the gym I had no idea what I was doing. I was worried I wouldn't be able to afford it & also worried that personal training was more suited to athletes or bodybuilders. I posted on this site, & got some responses very quickly. Johnny was one of the first to contact me, & we worked out a plan I could afford which he felt would help me achieve my objectives. In two and a half months I lost nearly thirty pounds with a meal plan Johnny devised, meeting with him once a week, & doing workouts he designs & monitors on my own. I am in better health overall & feel more confident at the gym. I am still working with Johnny & feel my decision to do personal training with him was a wise decision. Johnny has a studio he shares with other trainers, & it's clean & never crowded. He has a lot of knowledge about fitness, health, & exercise. He varies my routines so I'm always learning new things. Johnny is an excellent trainer. He definitely knows what he's doing. Instead of regular trainers that usually get you to buy useless supplements that only work for them, Johnny's knowledge with dieting and supplements that you need for your body goal is outstanding. I've been practicing yoga for years, but gyms and anything cardio were foreign concepts to me. I'd been looking to branch out of my comfort and push myself a bit, but I knew I needed someone to show me the way and hold me accountable. Enter Will. I've only been working out with him for a few weeks now, so I can't quite comment on results. But Will has a well-rounded set of traits that make him a great personal trainer. He is energetic and motivating without being a drill sergeant. He pushes me but also senses when to give me a bit more of a rest. He listens (so incredibly important), adapting exercises to suit my specific limitations and pacing things accordingly. Most important, he emphasizes form above all else, and is conscientious about preventing injuries. Best of all, he does all this in the comfort of my own home, arriving chipper and bright-eyed at 6am. A handful of sessions in, I am surprised that I don't find working out to be as much of a drag as I'd expected, and I accredit that to Will.

Will Milner, is truly a excellent trainer. Will is the combination of tough ("Will you are Killing me!") and warm ("Lisa, your doing Great!") and, he works with the whole person---mentally, physically, and emotionally. Because of Will, I have lost 20 pounds in one month I would recommend Will to anyone willing to take the challenge of getting into shape. He is a great personal trainer who really cares about helping a person achieve their goal. I am 50 years old and looking and feeling the best I have ever felt. If your looking for a personal trainer who is patience, one who you can communicate with, and is very personable, then I would say it has to be William Milner. Will has been a great guide as I work to achieve my personal goal and I recommend him without any reservation.

All I can saw is...wow. Mica is probably one of he most informed, driven, and inspirational trainers I've worked with. She's always honest with me and our sessions are never boring. I've lost a couple pounds in the past few weeks already and my abs are starting to look more toned. I found Debi through Craigslist in February 2012. I was looking for a reasonably priced personal trainer that would come to me because I work from home and there is a gym in my building. Debi was very responsive and I immediately started working out with her 2 times per week. I was so pleased with the results I upped it to 3 times per week in May 2012. I loathe exercise but Debi makes it enjoyable and fun, but effective, and the hour flies by. I highly recommend her services. I've been amazed at the changes in one year.

Matt has been training me 2x per week for the past 4 months. I went to Matt because I hadn't ever worked out in a gym on my own and wanted to learn how to build strength, lose body fat and create good habits. Matt is an excellent trainer, making sure that I'm using proper form, that I'm mentally and physically supported, encouraged and yet pushed hard. Every time I walk into the gym, I know that Matt will challenge me...but I also have a sense of accomplishment and pride because he doesn't set me up to fail. A few times in life you meet someone who makes a long term material difference in your life. Matt one of those people. I have trained with him for 11 years and during that time, he has helped me achieve my goals. I started training with Billy in Jan 2017 after losing 50 pounds on Weight Watchers. I interviewed other trainers at the time but never found a good fit. Upon meeting Billy for the first time, I was immediately impressed with his knowledge and experience about nutrition, strength training, anatomy, and overall fitness. He is an excellent listener and employs routines and strategies that support his client's goals / needs. Little did I know that I would reach my goal weight (lose another 30 lbs for total 80 lb loss), succeed in strength training taking me to new personal records that I never dreamed of (deadlifts, etc...), firm up body and run my very first 5K within 6-7 months of starting to work with Billy. I have had a few injuries (shoulder, back) from extracurricular sports that have required physical therapy. Billy understands PT's approach, is happy to communicate & build plans with them, and then modifies our routine to support PT objectives while continuing to stay on a path supporting strength training and overall fitness. I plan to continue working with New School Fitness / Billy on a regular basis (training for "Tough Mudder" or possibly "Spartan" - can't believe it - so amazing). After such a successful, and fun, first year training with Billy, I am happy to highly recommend "New School Fitness".

He will adopt a program that fits your individual needs to get you the results you are looking for. He will help keep you motivated by mixing up your workouts so that you never get bored by the same old routine. Jason is an excellent personal trainer, and someone I would highly recommend to friends and family of all fitness levels. I worked out with Jason for about 4 months leading up to my destination wedding, and certainly glad that I did. Jason is extremely knowledgeable in both fitness and nutrition and was able to tailor a program specifically to me and all my imperfections. Jason is extremely personable and easy to talk to and gives you that feeling of "oh yeah maybe I can do this". In terms of results you will be optimizing every second of the time you spend in the gym when you work out with Jason. He will make certain you are doing exactly what you need to be doing, and exactly when you need to be doing it. If you're like me and get in the gym and stare at the equipment wondering what to do next, that problem will quickly be solved. Throw out all the excuses we all use, bad knee, shoulder injury, no time, etc. Give Jason a call, get in for a consult, and let him help get you back on track. I was a 30 something newbie to working and out and after a few months with Jason I gained enough confidence in my ability to work out productively and safely enough that I was able to venture out on my own. When I need that kick in the butt to get me reinvigorated I know who to call. I was enjoying my sessions with Jason so much, that I started bringing my wife. Jason was able to put something together where she and I could work out together and have fun doing it. I was really impressed with how well he adapted to my request and took time to develop a workout routine for 2 people that kept us both moving without too much wait time between exercises. Jason has been my personal trainer since March 2011. When I met Jason four years ago, I was suffering from a neck injury, problems with balance (I fell all the time) and was overweight. I had been to several doctors and physical therapists with limited results. The first time I met Jason, he told me he could help correct my neck issues. I said, "If you can do that, then sign me up!" He did wonders for my neck (I can now sleep at night!), balance (I don't fall anymore) and I also lost 35 pounds in less than six months (and significantly reduced my body fat) . I say this as I have been through a few trainers - some good and some bad, all with different methods or specialties. Chad is amazing at what he does! A big difference between him and other trainer that I have worked with in the past is that he genuinely cares about you and the results you want to achieve. He is in it with you until you get there! He gave me great advice on what else I could do to best meet my goals including a healthy and most importantly realistic diet based on what goal I wanted to achieve, extra workouts to do at home or at the gym on my own. He even gives background as to why our body is acting a certain way and how to fix it.
