I went in unknowing of what to expect and he explained everything to me in full detail. Explained what to expect, did all sorts of measurements and asked the right questions in order to better help him understand how to help me attain my goal of fitness and health that I was aiming for. He had me train my first day on his equipment to see what I could do and where I could improve. He provided lots of encouragement in the process. He even goes as far with you as to set up a diet plan that will work for you. This guy is great, enthusiastic! He obviously loves what he's doing and really just seems to want to help you be the best version of yourself. He will work with you on so many levels. Totally recommend this guy!
In the short time that I've been with Ryan, he's gotten my body to do things it hasn't done since high school. Working out has always been a challenge for me. I lacked the motivation and the confidence to stick with it. Plus, I've always found exercise to be so monotonous. Training with Ryan has completely changed my attitude about fitness. Every time we meet, it's something different, never the same old routine. He stays on top of me to make sure I'm eating healthy and keeping our appointments. I highly recommend Victoria, not only as a personal trainer but also as a health coach. She was able to help me build strength, increase my flexibily, and introduce me to yoga and the amazing benefits it creates for my body. Every workout we did together was different and exciting. I began my experience with Nia by doing a spring cleanse that she had set up for her clients. I have some health issues that I was hoping a cleanse would help with. At that time I was on two different blood pressure medications. While in the middle of the cleanse I began having more energy, sleeping better and lost about 5lbs. I went to my doctor for an annual exam and when she took my blood pressure it was 104/72. I have never seen my blood pressure that low. She took me off one of my blood pressure meds. and we are working to get of BP meds. completely. I also began taking her qigong classes and I absolutely love it. It is very gentle and easy on my joints and has allowed me a better range of motion in my knees which I also have problems with. Over all my experience with Nia has been very positive and I would recommend her to any one who is looking for a natural way to improve ones health.
