I went in unknowing of what to expect and he explained everything to me in full detail. Explained what to expect, did all sorts of measurements and asked the right questions in order to better help him understand how to help me attain my goal of fitness and health that I was aiming for. He had me train my first day on his equipment to see what I could do and where I could improve. He provided lots of encouragement in the process. He even goes as far with you as to set up a diet plan that will work for you. This guy is great, enthusiastic! He obviously loves what he's doing and really just seems to want to help you be the best version of yourself. He will work with you on so many levels. Totally recommend this guy!
I highly recommend Victoria, not only as a personal trainer but also as a health coach. She was able to help me build strength, increase my flexibily, and introduce me to yoga and the amazing benefits it creates for my body. Every workout we did together was different and exciting.
