Latest Review: Taking piano lessons through the video chat was really helpful for me since I don't have to drive anywhere. The teacher I took from is really excellent and I've learned how to read music and play a bunch of different pieces as a result of the lessons. The value is good too, not sure where else I could find good quality lessons at this sort of price.

Latest Review: Tim did a great job taking me from someone who had rarely sung to someone who then became very comfortable singing along with my part time profession of playing piano and keyboard. I was happy with my progress after working with Tim and him giving me the necessary coaching I needed.

Latest Review: Guitar Lessons : I had a good experience with Andy. I had to stop lessons for a long out of town trip. Plan on starting back in the spring 2014. I had a mixed bag of guitar skills and he was able to focus on what I needed to learn and show me how to do it. Thanks

Latest Review: I've only just begun working with Martin, but I think we're off to a great start. I have very little by way of formal instruction, so I have a lot to learn, and I'm glad I've decided to take lessons, even though I'm in my 30s. Martin is very knowledgeable and patient, and his piano is just so lovely.

Latest Review: My son has taken piano lessons with Rachel for about a year. He had never played the piano before and Rachel made the lessons fun while still so productive. He has learned so much in the past year and really enjoys playing the piano now. From our first meeting Rachel has been professional and kind and has a great way with kids. I would recommend her to anyone interested in quality piano lessons in a stress free environment where your child can really thrive.

Latest Review: After taking piano lessons from a traditional piano teacher for 6 years, I needed a change. Steve was the perfect choice. He played at a local piano bar at the time, and I wanted to hone my skills so I could play in bands, too. I assumed he would teach me the ins and outs of chords and then send me off to conquer the music scene, but it turned out he had a real mastery of musical theory, and he held it to a very high importance. He began each of our lessons with music theory - all the basics that make a solid foundation for any musician. Then, he introduced a new concept to something I had been doing all along. He gave me sheet music to learn - tough teaching songs - then after a time, began blocking my view of my hands with paper while playing. Eventually, he'd block my hands and take away the music, teaching me a very important part of playing anything in front of people. You have to know the music inside and out. You can't rely on the sheets in front of you. That's the only way you can truly immerse yourself in the song and let your fingers do the playing. His fees were reasonable and the time was very well-spent. You have to do the work between lessons to get the most out of them. Steve has a true mastery of live performance on every level, and it would behoove any musician, young or old, beginner or skilled, to spend a year in his teaching. We can all benefit from it. I certainly did. I've been in various bands, ever since, and I haven't looked back except to remember who helped me get here.

Latest Review: Jass is a fearless supporter of young musicians where others are daunted by the challenges of a chaotic and confusing industry. She's creating great opportunities for musicians to get out there and to actually get paid for doing what they love and giving them hope that they may even be able to make a career of it.
