- What types of customers have you worked with?
Lawn Maintenance, which consists of Weekly mowing, Spring & Fall Clean-ups, De-thatching, Slice-seeding, Core aeration, Fertilizing and weed control. Landscape Construction & Creative Designs, we work with you to create a customized solution to your outdoor living needs. From paver patios and walks to walls and special gardens. We also offer Services to Commercial and Industrial businesses. Lawn & grounds Maintenance, Snow & Ice management and Parking lot maintenance.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
A client of ours had her entire fence and shed damaged this Spring. Given the large scale of the project and the damage to the landscape, it was a difficult situation, but one that we were able to offer a solution. We work closely with a Public adjuster and home inspector, and together we were able to replace the entire fence system, shed and re-landscape the grounds at no out of pocket expense to our elderly client. She was thrilled with the way we handled the scope of work and ultimately the final product, which resulted in her having the best looking grounds in the neighborhood. She couldn't have been happier, and we were glad were able to be offer help.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would check to make sure they are licensed and insured for the work they will perform for your safety. Next I would see that you are comfortable working with them on your home and that they provide a planned overview of what you are to expect from them, and what they expect from you to complete the job. Also, frequency of service and time to actually begin and finish construction projects can vary, so be well informed, hire a professional.
