William came to our house to cook for my dads 60th birthday party. Our entire party came to the conclusion that this was one of the most fun nights of our lives. William was extremely personable, kind, and an outstanding chef. The food that William made was spectacular and the night could not have been any better. We hired Colin for my sisters Bachelorette weekend in Newport to do a cooking class/meal for us at the house we were staying at. Colin was great all around! From the food to the experience everything was fabulous. We wanted to make the experience a bit more interactive then a normal personal chef meal but nothing too intense, he was able to read the group perfectly and did exactly what we wanted. We decided to go with a baked stuffed lobster for our main course, and he was extremely accommodating to anyone with dietary restrictions. We also prepared a butternut squash soup that was delicious, kale/quinoa salad with grilled vegetables and spaghetti squash on the side, finishing it off with crème Brule, everything was amazing for a reasonable price too! I would definitely recommend Colin and would love to use his services again!
Lori, her partner Sam and her staff made my small event seamless. Lori and I were able to effectively communicate via email and text a half a dozen times in the span of 17 days which proved a tremendous value for me in terms of my time and energy. The team were prompt, professional, friendly, anticipated my needs and stayed on top of everything all night. They met and exceeded all my expectations and received rave reviews from my 50 guests. Renee Scharoff is a world class chef with a client base that reflects this from both here and abroad. Renee has been our personal chef for a number of years having pursued a relationship with her after an event we attended where she catered. Her culinary repertoire is sophisticated, inventive and always savory. Importantly, this is coupled w/ a keen perception of individual tastes and health considerations. She is extremely talentd, reliable and flexible adapting to need: personal chef, dinner parties, holiday event deliveries or formal events. Mike cooked a beautiful and delicious meal for our bachelorette party. He was prompt, brought all his own equipment and ingredients, and cleaned everything immaculately. Mike was a fun addition to our celebration and was courteous yet charismatic. The meal was to die for, and Mike prepared a large menu while accommodating dietary restrictions. Chef Stephen is a very talented Chef. We met 11 years ago and Chef Stephen gave me many cooking lessons in my home in addition we worked on special projects in public schools, catered dinners, culinary outings and a whole lot of fun and learning. My teenage son has taken cooking lessons and loves every taste and the fun and seriousness of Chef Stephens approach to teaching. I think Chef Stephen has an esthetic that pleases the eyes, the mouth, the tummy and many many people off all ages...we think he is a gift to the Culinary World!

It was amazing. I have taken 2 classes from Ana. One on knife skills - and she showed me the different techniques for various foods. Another class was on healthy recipes - for instance instead of relying on salt and pepper to enhance flavor she introduced our class to numerous other spices that add flavor without salt. Ana is patient and extremely knowledgeable! She also makes cooking fun!
Nina is a very fine server. She arrived on time, was cordial to both my clients and to me. She anticipated things without me having to ask and she followed through. Both my clients and I are very pleased the way the dinner went. Thank you, Chef Colin Shea.
Matt is the consummate professional, with a great culinary sense as to what would work best with a large and diverse group. We were dealing with a lot of different types of foodie personalities and Matt helped us come up with a tasting menu that made sense for everyone. Even more important, once the dishes were decided upon, his execution was flawless. I would say that some of his suggestions were the stand outs of the evening, so i will just let him come up with the menu next time. Thanks for making our evening memorable and tasty

Sean has been absolutely amazing! I reached out to Sean to help my parents learn how to cook healthier and tastier so they can utilize nutrition to beat cancer. Ryan is a consummate professional whose devotion to his craft resulted in inventive, inspired and absolutely delicious food. We had the pleasure of hiring Ryan for an intimate event we were hosting to celebrate our marriage and throughout the entire process he remained reliable and engaged—consistently inquiring about food preferences and making suggestions based upon our responses. Logistically, he was responsive and reliable. Communicating with him was simple and he would always answer our inquiries with expediency and professionalism. Moreover, Ryan has the creativity to assemble a fantastic meal with as little or as much specificity as is given. We had guests who were vegans, vegetarians, and gluten/lactose free, as well as adventurous omnivores and I can say with honesty that at the end of the event, the component of the event that we heard most complimented was the food (from guests of all preferences). I would not hesitate to hire Ryan again and would urge anyone to seek him out for any event in which a fantastic culinary experience would be warranted.

Brian has come into my classroom three times to make Mac and Cheese for my students. The first time he came in I was concerned about how could he keep the students focused and interested in his cooking. He was excellent. He attended class wearing his chef jacket and brought his knives. Once Brian had started to prepare the mac and cheese, he took time to explain to the students the 5 main sauces. He continually fielded questions from the students. The questions ranged from "What is the strangest food you have ever prepared?" to "How much do you make?" Brian was able to keep their interest especially when he showed them how he chopped food. He showed the students the various knives that he uses when preparing food. Brian finished his presentation by serving the students a generous helping of Mac and Cheese. On his last visit, Brian was challenged to prepare his dish without using gluten. Brian was able to do this and still provide a delicious meal. Brian is a very knowledgeable chef. He has an easy going personality that makes your experience enjoyable. The pride he shows in his craft is inspiring.
