Cheryl is an exceptional teacher who loves what she does. Her classes are always interesting, varied, and paced so students get results. I have had many yoga teachers. By far, Cheryl is the best trainer and educator I have had. She takes the time to explain what the breath and forms do for the body and why we should do them not just how. She is attentive to the wide range of strengths and challenges of each student and protects us from ourselves, reminding us not to push for 100% of each pose. When I started with Cheryl two years ago, I had a very bad back and very tight muscles. My strength, flexibility, and balance are vastly improved. I am very loyal to her classes because they are the reason for my improved well-being.

Though I was not new to yoga, I was returning after an injury to my knee and wanted to get some tips on alternative techniques to further my practice, without re-injuring myself. When I booked a private session, Allison was so knowledgeable in offering and showing me many options that would work for me. She took the time to listen to my needs and respond with a caring attitude. In addition, when I returned to class the following week, Allison made a point of checking in to make sure what she had shown me was indeed working for me!
Working with Mihaela has been transformative. I recently asked her to give my team private yoga instruction as a way to reward great work, and also increase well-being and productivity. She has given us all of that and more. We all feel an incredible change in our bodies, and minds thanks to her coaching. The yoga lessons with Sara were very helpful for improving yoga poses and for better general daily movement. She teaches with an understanding of how the poses can be done naturally and safely; and in a way that maximizes the benefits and minimizes the risks.

Mary-Sarah is my daughters Irish dance instructor. My daughter has never had instruction in dance, and I have to say that I am amazed at how far she has come, in a very short amount of time! Mary-Sarah runs a great program that makes all who are involved feel very comfortable, and the students, confident. Comunication is great between students and parents. I feel we are getting a very fair price for great instruction. I would recomend The Flying Irish dance/yoga studio to anyone. I'm thrilled to be a part of The Flying Irish Studio!
