We used Audio Sound Design for my daughters gymnastics team year end banquet. They are professional, affordable and so easy to work with. The process of booking the event date, signing the contract, etc could not have been any easier. They are such professionals and the event was FABULOUS!!! The music during dinner was perfect and the girls had a great time after dinner dancing. Art kept everyone engaged and I think the girls and parents would have danced all night if we would have let them. We will definitely contact Audio Sound Design next year for our event.

Chrissy is absolutely a dream come true! From day one, she was nothing but perfect. She has always responded to emails (from even before we signed a contract) in less than 24 hours. I knew immediately that she was the one I wanted to coordinate our wedding. She was very thorough in explaining the different types of wedding planning services and she drafted a contract in impeccable time that was perfect for what we wanted and needed. She was very flexible in adding/editing to the contract and when we signed it I knew we would have no worries. Even though it was over a year away, she treated it as a priority. Again, she always responded to emails very quickly, and I sent her many with the "silly" questions that pop in your head at odd times prior to the time when she was required to technically start services. She was always thorough, patient, and considerate in all of her correspondence (in all forms!). Our wedding day could not have gone more smoothly! She came to our rehearsal two days prior to the wedding and helped get everyone on the same page, answered everyone's questions, and was very accommodating to everyone (which is hard to do with family sometimes!). On our wedding day she was phenomenal at setting up our decorations, making sure we were accommodated, and handled all the vendors. She drew up a precise timeline and was wonderful at ensuring that we stuck to it! Every time I left the bridal suite I was amazed at how she transformed the venue into our dream reception. She has the best eye for decorations and the layout would work best. Additionally, we had to change our ceremony site from the beach to the reception venue due to the weather/flooding. Not a problem for Chrissy! She was able to adjust the timeline to accommodate! You have nothing to worry about with Chrissy! We received so many compliments on the ceremony and reception and it would not have happened without her! From start to finish, Chrissy is the absolute best!

What can I say, Kim made my wedding better than I could ever have imagined. I briefly shared with her my vision and the colors that I wanted. What she came up with was more than extrodinary. I look back at my wedding pictures and fall in love over and over again. The ambiance and decor were beautiful. Not only did she give me exactly what I wanted but she surpassed it beyond my imagination. I constantly refer anyone that I know of that's having a wedding, formal event or even a party to Elegant Events by Kim. Did I mention she also decorated my baby shower and I was told by the Hyatt staff that it was the most elegant event they had ever seen.
