I am back on this date to add an addendum regarding my previous review left here a little over a year ago. Yes, it has been deleted, as the owner, Blake Miller, called me and asked that I'd delete it after they'd sent over a company to "repair" my patio, and after he sent a $200 Amazon gift card. I am a very fair person, so I had no problem doing that, especially considering that even after having to write a review here and on Facebook, they "corrected" the issue. Moving on to August 25, 2023, I contacted this company via email, as well as certified mail and provided photos (see attached), of where the work was done, and how the concrete dressing placed over the stain was now peeling and chipping. After a month, on September 25, 2023, Blake Miller and "Seth", the Aredx representative were to meet me at my home to look at the work and see about repairing it, per Martin Summer, the Controller. Blake Miller showed up here alone, only to offer me $300, to make it right, and that would be it. I delightfully declined and advised that I wanted my patio to be restored back to the state in which his crew found it and that didn't happen, hence the reason, the material was now chipping and it back to looking HORRIBLE. He left with the promise that his office would contact me. In the interim, I had a concrete expert come out to take a look and provide me with a free estimate. The expert advised that the Ardex dressing is a great product, however, was not applied properly, hence the reason its in the present state of cracking/peeling and will continue to do so. I emailed a copy of the estimate to the Charleston Roofs + Windows team, and received the response, that the initial "repair" was done in "good faith" and they would not be repairing the area. This review is being left because the moral and ethics of this company is EXTREMELY POOR... how do you come to someone's home, destroy their property, and then not want to fix it the RIGHT way? Mr. Miller prefers to throw out little offers to "make things go away" as opposed to simply doing what is right. Even if I sent in an estimate, he left stating that his office would get back to me and that did not happen!! The mention of "good faith" is highly irrelevant. What is relevant is that the repair they made was not performed in accordance with the product instructions, and now I'm yet again left w/ my property destroyed and the hands of Charleston Roofs + Windows. They should have hired a concrete company to do a proper repair, but instead they hired someone who cut corners and didn't do what was supposed to be done. I DO NOT recommend anyone to conduct business with this company as they are not built on doing what is right, but yet, only standing on what makes them look good and that alone is the make-up of a poor leadership!! I will not be quiet about being treated unjustly!!

What can I say beyond the usual superlatives about a roofing company that operates at the highest levels of quality and customer service. To simply say five stars doesnt do the job.In the wake of Hurricane Ian, a massive tree came down on our house causing significant roof and structural damage. As I have done twice before, my first call was to Charleston Roofs and Windows. But this quickly became no easy job as our insurance company did not want to step up, and operated at the lowest levels of integrity. Thats a review for another page.I was reminded that Charleston Roofs and Windows maintains a special department to deal directly with insurance companies and I was able to sit back while they handled all the details. Quite frankly I was impressed, but not surprised at how much time they spent going to battle on my behalf.The end result was perfection, and the team of Eric, Den and Adam deserve all the credit for taking us from start to finish through a most aggravating and challenging experience. As far as Im concerned, Charleston Roofs and Windows should be your first (and only) call.

I recently contacted Charleston Roofs and Windows regarding replacing my old roof. They responded quickly, and sent one of their representatives Eric out to view my roof and explain the process. Eric was very professional and knowledgeable about every aspect of the replacement. I immediately felt at ease having him coordinate the details for the new roof. The outcome was unbelievably beautiful for the short time it took to install! When he said ONE day.. I was skeptical, but I must say, their team was awesome!! From Eric, to Jared the project manager, and all of the roofers they made the install and clean up seamless! I would definitely refer them to anyone needing a professional and fabulous upgrade to their roof!
