English truly leads you to connect your mind, soul, and body. Yoga with English is a healing experience. She meets you where you are and encourages what you need. I don’t live in South Carolina, but would come back just to take yoga from English again ❤️

English is not only a phenomenal yoga instructor - but such a beautiful and genuine person inside and out. She has an ability to truly bring a sense of calm and stillness to you as you take her classes and you come away feeling renewed. My time with her allows me to block out all of the noise from my day to day and learn how to be present in that moment. I greatly look forward to my time on the mat with English to not only learn how to take my practice to the next level but also to know that I'm doing something good for the soul.

English brings a great experience when it comes to yoga. She is very knowledgeable and very helpful. I always look forward to having a yoga class with instruction provided by English. I would recommend to everyone to attend a yoga class lead by English.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing varies depending on group size. Always willing to work with you on price. Discounts available for virtual sessions!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you are looking for regular yoga sessions I will set up a time to talk about what your goals and expectations are. I am willing to travel to your home for private sessions and tailor our time together to suit your particular needs. For one time group sessions, we will discuss the location and group size. I am very flexible on travel and time for the event.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at Mission Yoga in Charleston, SC.
