Our lovely group of ladies arranged for a private cooking class with Chef Lisa who provided an amazing experience. Each of us have some form of diet restriction or allergy and because of her Detailed skill she was able to put a menu together that accommodated all our needs. Creative organized and professional, we felt she went above and beyond. Our meal was not only delicious but rewarding. We felt a since of accomplishment after putting the meal together. Dinner was superb. Chef Richard Telley served dinner to my girlfriend and I for Valentines Day. He was punctual and very professional. He brought his own equipment and started cooking as soon as he arrived. He made everything that we discussed prior, 4 course dinner. All of the dishes had an excellent presentation, my girlfriend was very impressed. Thank you so much Richard for making this a wonderful night for my girlfriend and I. Highly recommend!!!!

Vince Hogan recently held a cooking demonstration in my home for myself and 5 girlfriends. The event was absolutely outstanding. In the days leading up to the demo, Vince communicated openly with me to make sure the menu he planned was suitable for everyone. During the demo, it was clear that Vince was well prepared. He not only planned techniques to demonstrate, he also made sure to incorporate some hands-on techniques (preparation of fish en papillote) as well. The food was amazing! The menu consisted of southwestern empanadas with an avocado cream sauce, a winter salad (literally the best salad I've ever had in my life), and fish en papillote with root vegetables. I was impressed with the overall experience from Mr. Hogan's professionalism to his overall culinary knowledge. It was a very fun evening to eat, drink, and be merry! I highly recommend Vince Hogan and his services.

Wendie has already changed our lives! My husband and I are both non-profit workers, so a personal chef seemed out of reach. But, after a month of eating Fritos (or the equivalent) for dinner, we re-prioritized! Wendie is wonderful, and her food is amazing!!!
