Introduction: I have been in the health and wellness industry for over 15 years, including fitness and fashion. I instruct a variety of fitness levels relative to the client's needs and customize a workout for each client that serves their goals with modifications for any injuries or concerns. One methodology that works well is a combination of cardiovascular, weights and flexibility training. This is extremely effective for flexibilty, building muscle and strengthening the core. My training method uniquely focuses on implementing safe and effective form as a base for any program. It is important to learn proper form to avoid injury and I am a strong proponent of this for any exercise program. I work closely with clients that have back issues and have been able to dramatically improve and strengthen the core through proper techniques and specific exercises.
In addition, I train several other methods incorporating cardio (low or high impact), weights, core and specific combinations relative to the client. Stretching and mindfulness is incorporated in every session with the intention of reducing stress, conscious breathing and being present.
Just for a little background, I was the fitness coordinator at Eco Fitness(now Pivotal) for seven years and have successfully helped clients reach their goals as well as to have an improved sense of self overall. I have continued with many of those clients through personal and small group training. My quote is based on my experience and proven results from my clients. Also, I am willing to discuss package pricing, which would be less for a commitment of eight or more sessions.
