Very rewarding. I have found Jennifer to be informative, helpful, fun, and inspiring. She has helped me with cardio as well as weight training. The workouts are challenging but doable. The workouts shock my body I never know what to expect. I'm accustomed to working out but never like this. After the workouts I feel the energy & metabolism is still going. I've only had 3 sessions & already noticed results occurring: inches lost, energy up, etc. Definitely can't wait until I reach my desired results. Awesome trainer!

Sharon has been my personal Pilate's trainer for over a year since moving to Myrtle Beach, S.C. I have had one hip replaced and the other hip pinned which created some restrictions in my movements. Knowing my situation, Sharon has come up with ideas to help me get the best out of my sessions without harming myself, she is always concerned and asks if I have any discomfort in doing the movements. She is extremely helpful and conscious of my limitations but still works me to the best of my ability. She truly "wants to help" her clients get better and be stronger. She is very caring and compassionate. She explains each movement and what areas it will be working and tries different equipment until she is satisfied that I am comfortable and doing it correctly. Sharon is extreemly efficient and goes ABOVE and BEYOND the call of duty. She has a fantastic personality, always smiling and happy. She will do the movements with me to show me how to do it correctly and effectively. I have had other personal Pilate trainers and none have stood up to Sharon's standards.
