Where do I begin. Ali is amazing! Firstly, she is 45 years old, but looks as though she is 30 years old and has the energy level of a 25-year-old. She is a wealth of information. I had tried every fad diet known to man, and Ali was the only one who was able to identify and correct the issues that were plaguing me. I feel great, and I do not intend to go back to my old eating habits. She made it very easy for me to make the transitions I needed to make. I recommend her to anyone who wants to feel better, physically, mentally and emotionally. Not just an ordinary health coach!!!
Mark arrived on time, was courteous and professional. He began by asking me my concerns, which are stress relief and shoulder pain. I felt completely at ease. He customized his treatment to address my issues. He gave me some pointers so I could manage my pain and stress. After his care I felt great. I have already booked his next visit.
I love working with Tara. I have a lot of health issues and she has created a program that helps me exercise even with my limitations. I am really surprised at all I can do. The workouts are helping me so much. Because of Tara I can tell what I am doing is making me stronger. In addition to my exercise, she has planned a diet for me to follow. She has suggestions of different foods to buy at the grocery store and everything is written down so I know exactly what I need to buy. I was not exercising on my own but with Tara I have encouragement and she knows the correct exercises that will help me. Ciara is one of the most personal trainers I know. She really cares for your health and is very supportive. I would highly recommend Ciara ANY DAY! 30 minutes for the most effective workout you can get! You get your strength training & cardio all in one. Who doesn't have 30 mins a few times a week? Julie is perfect! She shows all the moves and variations for all levels of ability and is checking on posture and giving positive reinforcement the whole time. Its a small group that becomes your best coaches & workout partners!
I am very pleased with my sessions. I am excited because I have a complicated situation with my health. My trainer is catering to my health issues but still simply getting some results! I look forward to working more with my trainer.

we met today at subway and discussed my goals and why i wanted to bodybuild. he was very informative. he made me feel comfortable and im excited to get my body in shape like i want it to be. we talked for 2 hrs about what dedication he has to helping me as well as what is expected of me very nice guy. im really looking forward to our first workout and see the results.
