I've been with Ezell for 3 training sessions now and each time I walk out of the studio I feel a little more confident. It's a great thing when your personal trainer believes in you and your goals. The app that he created to help keep track of your activity and nutrition is super helpful. I can't wait to get to my goals with Ezell along the way. I'd recommend him any time to anyone!
When I first started with Moses I was completely out of shape. I hadn't been in the gym in years. For the first couple of weeks I didn't think I was going to make it, but Moses was very patient and inspirational. He challenged me to push myself with the variety of circuit training he uses. He changed the way I looked at myself and my whole body in general. I became stronger and toned. All the things that I wanted. He gave me structure that I still use on my own in my workouts today. I would highly recommend him as a trainer to anyone that is looking for a real change in their life.

Hiroshi is an awesome teacher. When I was 15 I had OsgoodSchlatter disease in my right knee. A year later I tore my meniscus in the same knee which required knee surgery. Before working with Hiroshi even running half a mile was the most painful thing in the world. Now I can run 5 miles nonstop! Working with Hiro you will be challenged, and hate him at times as he smiles and says "one more!", but you will also have fun! He provides a positive atmosphere and sincerely wants to help you reach your goals and beyond. I couldn't have asked for a better trainer or friend!

Roderick Brown is a very good personal trainer. He's just as committed to helping you as you are to helping yourself. Because of him I've gone up in muscle weight and couldn't be happier with the results. I recommend him for anybody that wants to lose weight or gain muscle mass.
