Kristen was the perfect instructor for a yoga lesson for my sister's Bachelorette Party. Kristen arrived promptly, brought clean yoga mats for the group, and was very professional and thoughtful with the lesson. This exceeded my expectations and if I lived in Nashville, I'd attend all of Kristen's classes.

If I lived in the area I would hire Lorey for private sessions and also attend her group classes as much as possible. I had the good fortune of having a private session with Lorey when I was visiting.Her knowledge of the body, her skill in recognizing an individual body's needs, and her ability to focus on that client's particular needs is extraordinary. Her manner is calming and she knows just how far to "push" an individual. I have been practicing yoga for over thirty years, and Lorey is one of the BEST practitioner I have ever experienced. With her I felt confident that spending my time in her presence was the best thing I could do for myself to promote my health and my well-being.
