Lasha provided an amazing professional massage. She is extremely knowledgable being both a exercise physiologist and a licensed massage therapist. I was asked questions during my massage to make sure she was addressing all my issues. I felt totally relaxed. Highly recommend her if you are looking for a great experience in a beautiful setting for a great price

Ana is amazing. She is the perfect personal yoga instructor. She is experienced; knowledgable; and patient. She provides a customized approach (and, trust me, I totally need that!)... and the environment she offers can't be beat! The backdrop is open-air with a lovely waterfall...the air flowing through the large room - with aromatic steam (depending upon if you are having any ailments); and the sounds of calming and restorative music (for my needs at this time)... She provides every prop you could ever imagine and you need to bring nothing of your own. She combines her Ayurvedic training by using the oils, nutrition, asanas, massage, chants, and education that I have always needed to acquire a holistic experience that you just cannot get in a group experience at a studio. I feel blessed to have found Ana! After my first session, I purchased a package of 10 sessions and will continue to purchase 10 more and 10 more, etc... It is a blessing to find such a gem!

I studied Kundalini Yoga with Ajeet for 6 years and the results were beyond anything I expected. The healing from childhood trauma (PTSD) was profound. It really helped straighten out my nervous system. In addition to classes I learned new ways of parenting which are very admirable and effective and that food is medicine. It has been and still is a wonderful experience to celebrate life with Ajeet through yoga.

Over 12 years ago, I had the good fortune to luck into a Richard Bird group class. This introductory class changed my life, my outlook, my body, mind and spirit. Working with Richard focused my own personal health resources, encouraged a superior mental health and outlook on life and brought my need for order and focus in my life into the forefront of what is an extremely busy professional and personal life. Richard is a guru of extraordinary ability. In our work together he tailored the sessions to my physical and spiritual needs. Always professional and never personal in his approach, he helped me change my habits and turned my life around. The only commitment the participant needs to make is the discipline to work on the poses and postures Richard will instruct. The rest will pay dividends over a lifetime.
Working with Justin was very easy as he was quite professional and accommodating in my request for a massage appointment. I arrived about 15-20 minutes early for my appointment and he showed me around the facility and gave me a brief but not pushy overview of their membership plan. When Allison, the massage therapist arrived Justin was quick to introduce us to each other. Allison gives a nice massage with pressure that was more than what I am used to receiving but done in a manner that did not cause me any pain. Allison was personable and professional and hit all the areas where I most needed relief. As good as the massage was the rates charged by The Guild seem to be a bit high to me. My experience in this area tells me that their cost of a massage is about $20 to $30 over the market rate. I'm not sure the massage at The Guild was worth the difference in price however.

We offer safe, friendly classes for all levels, and no experience is needed. We work closely with new students to ensure their safety and to teach proper alignment.
