We are still using Brad Thomas for various projects at the house we recently purchased. He has already begun reconstruction of a separate outbuilding which requires warmer weather for the concrete base and completion. He has completed creating and welding a perimeter steel railing around a large deck area, also reinforcing and repairing parts of the wooden deck that needed it. He has repaired and relined a fish pond in our entry area, correcting a slow leak that was entering a downstairs room. He is now installing new flooring in our guesthouse, having removed the old, buckled up linoleum. The job included adding new subflooring, installing a baseboard heater, reworking various electrical and plumbing and adding basebord around the various rooms. He is adept at carpentry and drywall. Weve found his work to be high standard - and done the way we ask it to be done. When he is not sure about how to proceed in any particular area he discusses it ahead of time with us. He does his best to stick to budget and estimate and is willing to work with whatever ideas we come up with. We will continue using Brad in the future.

Roy is a very dedicated handyman, and although he's admittedly not a licensed plumber, he worked hard to get our sink drain fixed for us. It's a really old sink, and it wasn't easy, but he persevered until it was perfect. And, although it took him much longer than I think he expected, he stuck with his original estimate for the job.

I met Robert Sosa and sons through Thumbtack and am very greatful for the good job they did. Lonnie Mabley was hired to help us in three different phases on the construction of our house. Initially Lonnie helped with the foundation work, then in the framing phase and then in the roofing phase. Lonnie did a very good job and we could trust that his skill set would be very helpful to us.
