Mikhail assisted us by reviewing a recent replumb of our entire house and providing his expert opinion of the areas to be corrected. He took pictures and provided a video of our sewer pipes in the crawl space under our home. With this information, I was able to have an informed argument with the original plumbing company...which resulted in the original plumbing company honoring their warranty and correcting their non-plumbing-code-work that we couldn't see under the house. Since the work was re-done by the original plumber, we are taking showers and washing clothes without bubbling toilets and backed-up plumbing lines. Thank you Plumbing Authority and Mikhail for all of your help! Tip to others: Start with Plumbing Authority and make sure you have a licensed plumber before work commences.
