I trained with Law for around a year and in that time I had the best results I've ever had. I lost 30 lbs while working with him and also was impressed not just with the weight loss but also the toning and muscle definition I gained. Law is very knowledgable in how he programs his workouts to achieve body fat percentage loss and toning. He is also very knowledgable in programming a diet plan based on what you want to achieve. His training and workouts are hard work but get results if you follow his plan. I would 100% recommend Law as a trainer for anyone at any level of fitness.
For the better part of 2017 I have spent 2 nights a week working out and being trained by Ethan. I have tried working out on my own and with other trainers for years, but have never had the desire or motivation to continue my training to the point that I actually saw or felt results. That has changed with Ethan. In just a few short months I have increased my strength, increased the size and definition of my muscles, but most importantly feel the most "in shape" I have ever felt in my life. Ethan is personally such a positive and motivating trainer, that I look forward to our sessions and enjoy the time we spend together. Although I'm only three weeks into our program, the quality of training I've already received has led to tremendous gains in my physical stamina, strength, self-confidence and overall health. I've worked out with multiple trainers, and Sarah is by far my favorite! She is great at pushing your limits and getting creative with workouts. I was never bored because it wasn't enough variety, or frustrated because I hated it. She always helped me be confident and believe in my abilities. After having a baby, I'm looking forward to getting back in shape with her!

I've been training with Andrew for the last three months. Andrew really knows his stuff. I have been seeing great results, and from the beginning and we established The goals I wanted to achieve. He is persistent in finding what works best for the individual, I have a shoulder injury which limits my mobility. Even so, Andrew, has found ways to exercise those muscles in alternative forms. Andrew maintains his private gym very well; he has excellent equipment, an extremely clean environment, and he is consistently updating the equipment he has. I highly recommend Andrew as a personal trainer, he is an excellent motivator.
I started training with Shana in February I was doing 2 days a week and recently went to 3 days a week. Shana far exceeds my expectations every time. She is dedicated to you and will push you in ways that are encouraging. I have lost weight as well as inches. I have lost a total of 5 inches in only 8 weeks. If you are making excuses as to why you cannot afford a personal trainer STOP! Invest in yourself instead of that coffee at Starbucks or eating out or even buying alcohol. If you change one thing in your life you can afford it and return you will love your results. I have had trainers in the past but none like Shana, she cares about you and your health! Daniel came to my home gym twice a week and was an amazing trainer! Always prompt, professional and well organized. He brought everything needed and somehow managed to get me on a diet so that I could finally lose 10 of the last 15 pounds to reach my goal weight (hey, we all can't be perfect). I have never been in better shape and I was quite sad when we moved away. I plan on hiring him again when I move back into town. He's very motivating and his workout routines were perfectly tailored to me!
Matt is a FANTASTIC trainer! I lost 15 pounds training with Matt! He truly wants to help you reach your goals. Matt helped me understand that nutrition is the key to weight loss results and he also helped me see that it can be much easier to eat healthy when you take a long term health approach diet. His training is extremely specific and precise. He has a plan at all times that is catered to your abilities. In our workouts we focused on strength and what he called "muscle building cardio". He's truly an expert on exercise and making the goal of the exercise or circuit clear. The workouts were REALLY tough, but we pushed through every workout and it was worth it. I would recommend Matt to anyone that's looking for a personal trainer. He's always extremely professional and just a really nice guy to be around. Definitely a 5 star trainer!
Dani is one of the best trainers I have worked with. She pushes you to the max and always changes up the work to prevent you from plateaus. I would recommend her to men, women and even kids! She trains our whole family!
Moe is one the best trainers I had so far I'm 34 had over 3 trainers my whole journey of trying to gain muscle. He knows lots of exercises to gain muscle and loose body fat at the same time and also gave me tips on what meal to eat before workout or preworkout meal. I went from 245 fat chubby to 213 and still loosing weight. Told me I had to eat 3 times a day for my weight but get enough protein and carbs at the same time. I was trained by him 3 times a week but moving soon 45 min from Nashville hope I can still come down to be trained maybe even once a week or over weekends.
I started working with Ken two years ago. Didn’t plan on keeping a trainer for this long, but the benefits he offers make it well worth continuing. I went to him first with back issues (bulging disc) and a need to improve my overal health. We slowly build up my core strength and eventually got me to a point where I rarely have back problems. I will always have to be careful with my back, but having Ken watching over my workouts helps me to keep proper form and motivated to continue a healthy lifestyle. I’m now 50 years old and feel better than I did at 40. Ken also does his research. No matter what issue I may have he has always come back with a solution. My experience with George so far has been great! I'm 3 months postpartum and I'm anxious to lose the baby weight. But working with George- he has informed me that I won't lose any weight while sleep deprived (baby is not sleep trained yet) and so encourages me to sort out the sleeping patterns before we get started with exercising. This has proved to me that not only is not simply after the money by making me pay him to train me with no results, but also that he cares and has my best interests at heart! He is very knowledgeable about nutrition as well as exercise, which is not necessarily something you get with typical trainers (at least the "beefcake" types!) He is knowledgeable about the changes a woman's body goes through when pregnant which is obviously very helpful for me. I would recommend George to anyone!
Megan has been my personal trainer for over 3 years now! I sought out a trainer in March 2014 when I moved to Nashville and wanted to get in shape for my sisters wedding. At the time she was working at a gym in my neighborhood where I was paired with her. I immediately felt comfortable with her, and she tailored each workout to my goals. After my sisters wedding, I kept working with her. She got me in shape for my own wedding a year later. That was almost 2 years ago now and I still see her. As my goals shifted so did our workouts. She is kind and inspiring. Incredibly smart and hardworking. I had worked with many other personal trainers when I lived in Los Angeles and Megan is by far the best I have ever had. I never get bored and she is a pleasure to talk to. I would recommend her to anyone!!
My trainer, Lexi Cox, really motivated me to push myself and achieve my goals. She conducted our training sessions very professionally, but she was also very personable and easy to get a long with.
I've worked with them for a long time now. I'm in my 40s and have had a few trainers in the past, but the thing that stuck out with me is how much they care about their clients. They always hold me accountable with body measurements, updated nutrition plans, different varieties of workouts, and the gym they are in is huge and well kept. Also - they don't overcharge to try to make more - they are very fair with their price! Definitely would give DM Fitness a try!
Erich is a great trainer. He's very experienced and truly cares about his clients. His knowledge base, including a physical therapy background, enable him to safely push you to your max potential. He helps with nutrition and customizes a program to fit your goals. Every session is a new and different work out and the boxing is a blast! You'll never get a workout this good on your own!
I have tried many trainers and without a doubt Knox is the best. He gets results and worked with me for my goals. I have lost 18 pounds in my first four weeks of training.
