Guitar lessons with Dennis Whitt took my playing from being an amateur "open stage" night player to being a paid professional guitarist, where I traveled the club circuit performing at hotels, night clubs and restaurants, as well as local TV shows. Over several years, Dennis patiently took me to more and more accomplished techniques. I would recommend him to anyone who wants to move forward to the next level.
We've went to Mr. Rick for over two years first for piano then flute. When my daughter was ready to change instruments he was very knowledgeable and helpful on what she might like.
I've only had 2 lessons so far but, Daniel is very patient & great to learn from. The pace he has me on couldn't be better. I can feel my confidence level increasing due to following his practice instructions.
Mr. Martin was extremely professional, educated in the ways of guitar and seemed to possess an overall intelliuectual demeanor that made the private lesson very enjoyable. Mr. Martin helped me, as an adult amateur guitar student, identify and progress in the areas of guitar that interested me. I appreciated this as an efficient use of time and money. Skilled in classical as well as blues and arranging/composing he couldn't come more highly rated. I've had a few lessons now, and find them both highly enjoyable and educational.
Dave knows the guitar well, is well versed in music theory and conveys his knowledge to his students. He is prompt and always gives extra time. I enjoyed my lessons with him.
Dennis is a passionate guitar teacher who focuses on strategies to help his students achieve the sound and technique they want.
He was very informative and attentive to what I needed to learn. I really liked his approach to teaching music. I'll be taking my daughters to him for lessons x

I am a recent graduate with years of musical experience and teaching. I teach many stringed instruments as well as the piano. I also teach instrument care, playing many genres, recording, and band/track playing. I had no teacher when I started, so I had to figure out all the muscle memory training and what not to do while playing. Afterwards, I was professionally taught and had to relearn everything in the most proper of ways, so I know exactly what you will be going through and what mountains you have to cross, and I know a lot of techniques and shortcuts to help you.
I have been teaching banjo and guitar for over 30 years. I offer private lessons and guitar classes for up to 15 students. We sell all types of stringed instruments, books and accessories.Wedo setup on guitar, banjos and mandolin. prices vary.
I am a guitar teacher and musician. I'm extremely knowledgeable about technique and your advanced styles, such as arpeggios, sweep picking, creative scales, muscle memory exercises, acoustic playing, and electric. I can teach any style you have a desire to play, and I can not only teach you songs but also how to write your own, down to the art of writing the lyrics. I've won all of the guitar competitions in my area, and I teach several guitarists already. I have a more than vast knowledge of music including any genre or any guitarist, and I would love to have some new students to teach. I look forward to hearing from anyone and everyone that is interested, spreading the love of music and teaching you how to create your own is my goal, and I have succeeded with 45 out of 50 students.

It starts with great commmunication. Treating my clients, who will be mostly children, as equals with respect and genuine interest. Many kids express interest in guitar but never have a teacher who expresses interest in why each kid wants to play.
