Working out with Blake was one of the best health decisions I ever made! I came to his strength training classes between 3-5 times a week for about 9 months before I moved away. Not only did I learn so much about movement, weight training, and my body, but I saw the best results I've ever had from a workout program. Blake is ALWAYS willing to answer any questions and truly puts all of his clients first, not matter if it's your first week or you've been with him for years. Blake has a wealth of knowledge in this industry and he is constantly attending conferences and seminars to continue his education in the field. He is always on time, incredibly trustworthy, and unmatched in training quality.

Before I started my experience with Ace, I had been working out for nearly 9 years, maintained the same weight and couldn't achieve the gains I wanted to see. When I started with him he brought the intensity and determination I lacked, pushing me to my limits every time and within a few months I had gained over 10 lbs of muscle and my strength improved drastically. I felt like i could bench press a small car everytime I hit the gym. Awesome Trainer!! I would recommend to anyone who is serious about their Gainz!!!
If you don't like crowded gyms and want a fun, intense work out experience then this is your place. I attend the Tabata classes which are high intensity interval workouts. They are really upbeat and she uses disco lights that go with the music. There are age ranges from 20 to 60 or higher and all sizes too so you don't feel uncomfortable at all... ever. I have never seen faster results with my body and with my overall strength than I do with Tabata. Naomi is an awesome instructor as well. She genuinely cares about you as a person and gives you one on one attention through nutrition counseling and during the classes. It's like having your own personal trainer / nutrition coach in a small group class!! The classes are very affordable as well. I love my class and will never go anywhere else!! Thank you for everything Naomi!!
Harold's positive attitude, outgoing personality, and passion for what he does easily makes him one of the most enjoyable people that I spend time with on a regular basis. He has a unique ability to push me to the limit physically while keeping my spirits high and my motivation strong. I have been training with Harold for 4 years and couldn't be happier with him and his results!
Jessica is hard working, and very encouraging. She listens to her clients, and works with them, rather than just saying "do this" she explains how things work, and makes sure that her clients are comfortable with the plan she and they put together before proceeding. She makes you want to go that extra mile, and you don't even notice the time passing while working out with her.
Although I just began, I am impressed with Reed's knowledge of nutrition and anatomy. I am looking forward to many more training sessions!
I started training with Ryne at one of my lowest times in my own personal world. Not that life was particularly bad, but I was so self critical and so upset about the condition my body was in. He’s always really empathaized and listened to my wants and needs. If I ever said something about my progress he always allowed me to look at the big picture and how well I was doing. Ryne taught me so much about strength training and proper form which I had no prior knowledge of before him. I also frequent his HITT classes he offers which are always fun and allow every individual to pace thenself for what feels right. With his support and knowledge I was able to really change my lifestyle and workout regularly and eating much cleaner than I even knew how to before. If anyone feels stuck in their goals, whether they’re oriented in getting smaller or bigger Ryne is literally the expert you need. He’s also super well versed in nutrition and is always ready with answers to all your questions. I’m really grateful for all of Ryne’s help and literally wouldn’t be how I am today without his help and guidance.

Shannon is great and I am nothing less than completely satisfied and happy having him as my personal trainer. After having my second child at 38 years old and never bouncing back to my normal healthy self, and approaching the big 40, I realized I needed and wanted a little help. Shannon spent a lot of time upfront getting to know me and exactly what I needed and wanted out of the training. He customized the training specifically for me and adapts the training to fit my progress. I began to see results within the first week and continue to see great results each week I stick with it. He keeps it challenging for a good workout but is very responsive to what I can handle. He educates me along the way, explaining why we are doing certain exercises and sets and how they will affect my body, and how certain diet choices can support or hinder my work out, my results, and my overall health while training. He genuinely wants to see me get the results that I want. He is kind, attentive, patient, professional, and hilarious. I enjoy and look forward to each session and would highly recommend him to anyone.

Cole has been providing me with exceptional advice and assistance with weightlifting and fitness over the past 3 months. He truly shows a deep understanding of the body and the effects of weightlifting/exercise on each body part. Without his help, I am sure my growth would've been minimized drastically compared to my level of progress thus far. Cole not only shows thorough knowledge, but actually brings a level of mastery to personal training that I have not yet seen. I would highly recommend Cole Stooksbury for any personal training position, and I am confident he will excel in any environment where he is placed.
Going into personal training was not the easiest decision to make and I dreaded it like it was Boot Camp but Jessica's personality, training technique and regiments made the process of physically rebuilding ourselves a rewarding one. She knew just how much pressure to apply and when to apply it so that we didn't fall into a rut. Additionally, her varied routines kept all parts of our bodies slimming and toning at an equal rate so we never looked "lopsided." I highly recommend her to anyone that is serious about getting back into shape or maybe getting into shape for the first time: she is a skilled trainer and won't lead you astray plus she gives you tons of tips about things you can do at home, diet changes, etc to help keep the fitness journey a manageable one and not overwhelming.
Megan was amazing helpful, knowledgable and professional. She is a very good listener and open to all of our individual needs. I was a little intimidated when I decided to go to the gym, but then I found that the gym itself was not at all intimidating. There are people at every fitness level at the gym and Megan could work easily with any of them. I felt instantly at home and well cared for with Megan. The only person that cares as much as about my own health goals as me is Megan. I would highly recommend her for hire!
I have worked with Stephen Kerr for over a year now at the time of this writing (November of 2017). He is a highly skilled instructor, and a very thoughtful person. He is able to lead large classes, as well as tailor training exercises to meet individual needs. He has more personal skill than most of the self-proclaimed Tai Chi masters I've ever met, yet he remains as humble as a first day student. I highly recommend that any serious student of Tai Chi who has the opportunity to work with Mr. Kerr should take that opportunity. You will be thankful after your very first session, and your skill will noticeably improve every time you meet with him.
Working with Justin was very easy as he was quite professional and accommodating in my request for a massage appointment. I arrived about 15-20 minutes early for my appointment and he showed me around the facility and gave me a brief but not pushy overview of their membership plan. When Allison, the massage therapist arrived Justin was quick to introduce us to each other. Allison gives a nice massage with pressure that was more than what I am used to receiving but done in a manner that did not cause me any pain. Allison was personable and professional and hit all the areas where I most needed relief. As good as the massage was the rates charged by The Guild seem to be a bit high to me. My experience in this area tells me that their cost of a massage is about $20 to $30 over the market rate. I'm not sure the massage at The Guild was worth the difference in price however.
