Leo was nice on the phone and price was right. Unfortunately did not show up on site Tuesday morning to do work agreed upon. It was raining lightly. He could have called. I asked to reschedule to next day and he said he was busy and couldn’t get to me for 3 or 4 days. 8:00 am job and agreement for Tuesday should have been priority for next day.
