- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is designed to be simple, transparent, and effective for new customers: 1. Free virtual inspection – The fastest way to understand your mold problem is to send us your photos or hop on a facetime and walk us through your home. We've found this is the fastest way to deal with an urgent issue. 2. Air Quality Testing (If Needed) – If no visible mold is found but concerns remain, we offer an Air Quality Test to measure mold levels in your home or business. Results are available within 2-3 days, and the test is typically priced at $300. 3. Findings & Recommendations – Once the inspection and/or test results are in, we review our findings with you and discuss the best course of action to address any issues. 4. Customized Treatment Plan & Scheduling – We provide a detailed estimate tailored to your needs and schedule the remediation at your earliest convenience. Treatment takes an average of 4 hours. 5. Sleep in your home that same night. You can be back in your home or office one hour after treatment, thanks to our unique dry fogging technology. No move out, no disruption.
