I've know Nadia through many realms - yoga, bodywork, and healer. She is fantastic and passionate through all her work. As a yoga instructor, she is kind, encouraging, yet gently pushes you to you're very best. She helps you find honesty in your practice, which coming from another yoga teacher, is very hard to come by. Her bodywork and healing arts are amazing. Her therapies are so phenomenally therapeutic, sessions will move your emotions to tears. She has an interwoven understanding of mind, body, and spirit and she uses her gifts to help you understand who you are and what the heck you are doing on this planet.
Theresa is a great restorative yoga coach. Our class is fun and so very relaxing. I look forward each week to this time with the group and I know my stress is less because of this class.

Yoga one-on-one with Laure was incredible. Her soothing voice guided me through a challenging variety of poses focused on creating strength and balance. Most helpful was her undivided attention to my movements. At times she was able to make small adjustments which made big differences in my practice. I highly recommend Laure for both individual yoga sessions or small group sessions. She is in tune with the way the human body moves while being a warm and friendly person to spend time with.
Melissa brings the true light of yoga to the mat through her teaching style and yogic philosophy's. She's hands down one of the best Yoga Teachers I've found this side of the Mississippi. Mary is the best! At my first meeting with Mary I was walking like the Mummy (dragging my right foot) with acute pain from a hip injury a couple of years earlier. She gently made an assessment and we did several modified yoga postures and stretches. I went home with a list of Egoscue stretches and movements. She also initiated my to the 8 limbs of yoga and we meditated. That was about 9 months ago. While I admit I am not the "poster Child" yoga student. my life has changed. Physically, I now have much greater range-of-motion and flexibility. My acute pain is gone and the times I overdo an activity and my hip screams at me, I know which modified yoga postures give me relief. I am so grateful for my expanding spiritual awareness and new peaceful demeanor. Mary is a true professional, but as a client/student, I look forward to the spiritual benefit as much as the physical relief. Mary goes far beyond to taylor the therapy and make the most out of the personal journey. I cannot imagine a better practitioner or a better experience. -Peggy

I teach basic yoga, vinyasa yoga, power yoga, and yoga foundations. I'm certified by Yoga Alliance and have been teaching group and private clients for 10 years.
This class can be structured as a power flow or a more restorative class. I am open to working with you on what you need! The power flow class will get you sweating and also increase your flexibility. A more restorative class will be focused on stretching and breath. Meditation/breathing exercises are an option for part of the class as well. Meditation and yoga combined has made a huge difference in my personal life, and I would love to share that with you.

Wild Iris Yoga bring the yoga teacher to the student rather the student coming to a large studio. One-on-one classes allow the student to answer any questions they might have with out feeling uncomfortable. Group classes allow the whole family to get involved, create your own fitness group or even have a yoga party.
Private yoga therapy sessions are highly individualized to assist my clients with their specific goals. That can be anything from stress management, loosing weight, problems with sleep cycles, or alternative therapy for ongoing health issues, be that mental like depression or PTSD or physical like COPD, diabetes and pain management. This type of yoga is focused on function over form and can be done by absolutely any fitness level out there. I combine slow movements with breath work and focus techniques to work with the mind.This blending of three basic elements enables me to meet each client where they are and give them a tool that will enhance any therapies or treatments they are currently on to assist them in being successful to accomplish those goals.
