Richard is a guru of extraordinary ability. In our work together he tailored the sessions to my physical and spiritual needs. I studied Kundalini Yoga with Ajeet for 6 years and the results were beyond anything I expected. The healing from childhood trauma (PTSD) was profound. It really helped straighten out my nervous system. In addition to classes I learned new ways of parenting which are very admirable and effective and that food is medicine.
