Though there was some confusion at the outset (not Harry's fault but mine) Harry immediately analyzed and assessed the situation at hand with my computer and then helped me understand the problem(s) in a very kind and succinct manner. Per Harry my situation was a complicated one and he persevered until he got to the root of the situation and then started working on a plan to correct the multitude of things that had gone wrong. Frankly I think Harry is a genius at what he does, what he knows, and how he can explain difficult tech language into common everyday usage without making me, and I suspect many clients, feel like a fool. He spent many hours working both with me on the phone when he was operating my computer remotely and when he worked alone doing what he does so well. He is a master of computer security and I know now, sort of, what not to do and more importantly to do things right the first time. The main thing I know is that if I have other issues with anything from software to hardware, I know whom to call immediately. He definitely knows what he is doing and takes care to insure that I understand my own computer, something that I have never been able to accomplish on my own, or even with the help of others in the IT community.
I would recommend Harry Stein to anyone seeking answers to perplexing computer issues, and let's face it, there are always such issues. My advice? Call Harry Stein!!
