I worked and prepared food in a vegan restaurant in Chicago for seven years, and then, I went on to open my own juice bar and deli. I now currently reside in Grand Prarie, TX, and I am trying to use my talents on a private and intimate bases. I am looking to explore the personal chef arena. I can plan meals, prepare weekly meals to store, give private or group cooking classes, and cater events or parties. I specialize in vegetarian and some vegan dishes. My goal is to prepare and package my dishes for cooperatives and farmer markets.
