I hired this company to do a one time cleaning and they did a professional job, and excellent customer service. I was very pleased with the end results and will be using them on a reoccurring basis. I have hired others in the past and this company were detailed in their work. Everything was moved and dusted under!
DON'T CALL ANYONE ELSE! Finding a moving company has been a really frustrating experience. Out of 13 companies - only 2 answered the phone, one being Special Ops. The other companies prices were astronomical, plus Special Ops is the one that responded to my Thumbtack bid. So really - just call them and save some time. I'm a little obsessive about details and very punctual, so it's important I hire a company that I know is responsive. Leslie spent 23 minutes on the phone with me answering all of my questions and being flexible with me (my move is small and under the minimum). My appointment is in March but I had to share what a positive experience I had in making my appointment. One would think that getting quotes is a pretty simple task but it's really frustrating when most companies won't answer their phone and if they do your met with attitude. Just save some time and book with special ops - I'll be posting a review as well after the move. Thanks Leslie!

Great, family run service. Did an excellent job and you can tell they take pride in their work. They were also fantastic with my pup, I didn't have to take him somewhere or leave him outside/in a crate. I haven't tried their organization services yet, but I think I will next time. I certainly will be hiring them again for their cleaning services.
These Ladies did amazing work to my messy garage. My husband and I moved in while I was pregnant and sick. I am the organizer in the relationship but even I could not handle the move in mess after a year and a half later (on top of the accumulation of general junk) that we created. So, I hired these ladies because of the reviews and reasonable pricing and I could not be more happy with their work. They did a great job, and they have beautiful personalities. Hire them! You won’t regret it ❤️
I've worked with Chiara on 3 projects so far. I initially contacted her because we recently purchased a new home that needed to be completely updated. We did an initial consultation and also met at the house so she could see the space. She presented a paint selection which we were both happy with at the first try. We only made some minor adjustments to the first colors she chose due to the lighting in the house. In addition to the paint selection she found painters who were top notch - and they did the job in on a tight schedule. For the sake of this review I won't go into extreme detail but the week of our move we were on a previously planned vacation and I had no hesitation giving her a key to the house for access for herself and the painters while we were gone. She supervised the job while we were gone and we were extremely happy with the result and having that done before moving in. At the last minute we decided we wanted to have the master closet redesigned and installed. She quickly created a functional design and found a contractor to do the building of the closet. While the installation of the closet itself took longer than I thought it would (this was not due to Chiara - our communication and expectations of the contractor could not have been more clear and besides, these things happen sometimes), I'm very happy with the finished product. Most recently I contacted her for the kitchen space. I purchased and refinished a kitchen table & chairs but wasn't sure about the color so I reached out to her to talk about the kitchen design even though we won't be starting that remodel until a later date. We did a consultation and talked about the design for the kitchen in detail. I was again very happy with the initial design and only made a few minor changes while we were talking about some of the details. She was able to get the kitchen chair cushions reupholstered for me in beautiful fabric that fits with the design we are doing in the house for a reasonable cost. Before contacting Chiara for the kitchen I was trying to figure it out myself and did some driving around town looking at fabrics. If you have never done that before it is completely overwhelming! I'm so glad I gave up on the DIY plan! She has oodles of resources, contractors, upholsterers, painters, people who do wonderful, quality work for a reasonable cost. We are currently working on floors for the extra bedrooms in the house. Truly, Chiara has been a pleasure to work with. She is very professional, prepared, she listens and works to incorporate your "vision" for your space while giving good design advice. She has been able to work on our timeline, doing one project at a time, little by little. I know a lot of people think that with Pinterest and HGTV you can do it yourself. Not true!! The investment in a designer for your home can make all the difference and without reservation I would recommend Chiara for any size project of whatever style/taste.

The job I had was for Suzy to come in and organize a train wreck. We are de-cluttering, downsizing, reorganizing, and, when through setting up the house to sell. We hired a dumpster and Suzy got to work. She works hard and fast. I was the one that slowed her down because I had to go through everything myself once it was dragged out, but she just kept busy with anything/everything else til I caught up! She's very fair in her assessment and pricing, and I was grateful she was agreeable to travel a distance. I was desperate! Our project(s) are still not complete, because I have to go through more things and have some home repairs, then she'll come back out for more decluttering and/or finishing touches. I don't know what I'd have done to this point without her!
Candace is a phenomenal organizer with a keen sense of space planning and design. I needed to turn my sons bedroom into a guest room overnight and Candace made sure it happened with minimal involvement from me. I left her my key and when I came home the work was done and it exceeded my expectations. Additionally, she helps me periodically with spring cleaning and organizing my bedroom. Candace has my highest recommendation.

I think that Sharee has a sense of organization so that she analyze the project and get it handled in a most efficient manner. She is honest and possesses great time management skills. Additionally, she advised me when she arrived at my house and when she left. that was greatly appreciated. Sharee is a true professional.
Christi has helped stage a home for sale on a budget (sold in 3 days) and assisted with style/decor in a new home. She is positive and upbeat, which is a necessary quality since organization and decor are overwhelming to me. Christi is my go-to person for all things organization and style.

Jolene was extremely patient with me and asked me what I wanted to do with each item. She waited while I thought. She didn't urge me or force me to make a decision. The end result was amazing...my entire room cleaned up and designed as a home office. She made me very happy.
Eliza organized a bedroom closet, kitchen, and bathroom for me after a move. I was impressed at how she found the space for everything! We did have to purge some items - who doesn't? - but she was not pushy about it. She suggested why it would help us out and offered some way to come to a decision on what can stay and what can go. She was exceptional at listening to our needs, the way we access items, and sensing the "pain" associated with the current state of disarray we were experiencing. For example, she wanted to know who cooks the most so she could arrange some of the kitchen items to best meet their functional needs, rather than having a preconceived idea about where pots and pans go. I really like that she sent an email after each session, recapping what was done and what was planned for the next session. It gave me a chance to clarify or make any suggestions for her to be thinking about before she got back over here. I sense that Eliza takes her work as a "mission" and gets a lot of satisfaction out of seeing the comfort and stress-relief that she can provide her clients once she has helped them deal with a "problem" area. She is very professional in how she treats her business, not like it is something she "does on the side," but she is more affordable than a professional organizer that has multitudes of certifications. I have no reservations recommending Eliza and would not hesitate to hire her again!

Kate White has whipped my home into shape. She is easy to work with. She's an excellent organizer and has helped me decide what I want to keep, give away, or discard. if you want her to she will purchase storage bins and take donation items where you want them to go. She's a hard worker and also patient with naturally disorganized people like me!
