a week ago My fitness journey has been all over the place in the past & Marc has really helped me get myself back on track. I enjoy the variety he brings to my workouts, I never get bored! I also really appreciate the flexibility in his training approach; he worked with me to really make sure I'm getting what I want from my workouts. His nutritional advice is realistic & manageable plus he uses free apps for tracking so there's no extra hidden costs. All around a great training experience so far!

Pricing is fixed per session based on the length of the program. We offer 3- 6- and 12-month programs with a 30-day full money back satisfaction guarantee.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to sit down with customers and get to know them on an individual basis. First consultations are free where we discuss the client's goals and set up a game plan for how they will reach them.
