My boyfriend and I had reservations about hiring another personal trainer after our experience from the last one, Pree's can do attitude impressed us right away! After detailing the type of training we're looking for Pree directed us to Amol who came to our home to speak with us and address our concerns. In our first conversation, Amol was able to answer all of our questions, ease our concerns, and even educate us on some nutritional advice for the upcoming training sessions. One of the great things my boyfriend and I enjoy about training with Amol is that he's quick to adjust the workout for our needs, you definitely don't feel pressed for time as he spends the time you need working out and answering questions, and his motivation and engagement while training keeps our spirits high (even though the workout is kicking our butt)! We've been training with Amol for about two weeks now and we thoroughly enjoy it! Thanks Nirvana GYM!!!
Carl is exactly what I had hoped for in a trainer! He listened carefully to my specific needs and developed a plan that works perfectly for my goals, supports my chronic back issues, and works within the time frame I have. His approach is holistic; so weight training circuits along with focus on diet and nutrition has been a huge bonus for me. The overall improvement I have seen and felt in only 3 months of working with him has been remarkable! Plus he's a genuinely nice guy...who doesn't back down from pushing me to my best!
Laura is amazing. She shows up with all the equipment we need and a positive attitude. Having her come to my house is a huge plus for me, as it gives me no excuse to not workout. I have noticed a huge difference since training with her, in both my strength and stamina. She has also been careful to take into account my lower back problems to insure I am working out safely and pain-free. She comes prepared with a new workout each session, so I never get bored. She challenges me, encourages me, and is an all-around great person. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time with her, even when she's kicking my butt.
Neha of Power N Fitness has been wonderful. She's taken the time to get to know me, my goals and my body. She has provided excellent guidance on diet and stretching that I can do outside of our training sessions. She is easy to work with as far as scheduling and communication. I highly recommend Power N Fitness.
I have had nothing but great experiences working with Kenneth and Pure Ambition. As someone who had not worked out regularly in years, Kenneth's style of training fit me perfectly. He presented exercises to help me reach my personal goals and even more. He always challenges you with things you may not think you can do, yet he will be there right beside you encouraging you to push through and even working out along side you. Kenneth is great with coming up with modified exercises to accommodate your level of fitness or other injuries and health issues. He will even assist you with a healthy meal regime. I would suggest him to anyone willing to do the work!
Before I met Chris, I had tried just about everything to get what I thought was a perfect body. However, no matter how much triathlon training, crossfit, running, and watching what I ate, I couldn't figure out how to get what I wanted. I was already working very hard by preparing vegetarian food and spending lots of time doing cardio. I initially had reservations about hiring a trainer because I thought it would be too expensive. I also thought I should be smart enough to figure it out on my own. But, after 33 years, I finally decided to hire a professional. Within a month of working with Chris, I saw significant results. I was stunned. After four months, he helped me achieve the beach body that I wanted for a trip to Miami. With just one training session a week, the benefits have way exceeded the cost. After Miami, now Chris is helping me to build up my legs. I couldn't be more pleased with the results that Chris helped me achieve. I've gotten never gotten so many compliments and stares in my life. The best part is that I finally have a great physique that I can maintain. I highly recommend hiring him!!
I started training with Leslie a couple of months ago and couldn't be happier. I was unfamiliar with personal training and she's guided me along the way to better health; she's both knowledgeable and friendly. 5 stars!
I hired Ralph for the goal of gaining some weight and learning the tips of not injuring myself while training. Ralph's training started with a information/Starbucks session to understand you goals, your body and shares his training method. During the trainings, Ralph always comes prepared on time, with list of exercises tailored for you. He teaches you the drills and answers questions before actually doing a particular exercise. He also shares free tips and research papers from time to time that pertain to training, keeping the right posture at work and diets. At this moment my Chinese martial arts training demands most of my training time. I would use Ralph's help again when needed in the future. I would also recommend you to have a try!
NesselRoad2Fitness was definitely a game changer for me especially when trying to drop weight before my wedding day. I had little faith that I could drop even 20 lbs being just 6 months away from my big day. With the right direction (regarding healthy eating and cardio) and our regular weekly sessions I actually dropped 37 lbs by my final weigh in, 10 of those pounds I lost in the first month. I couldn’t believe my measurements. He keeps track of weight lost, measurements, and fat percentage on weigh in days and it really helps to put your progress in perspective. Andrew is a tough trainer but in a good way. He will help to hold you accountable but you still have to want it for yourself. With all the effort you put into your sweat sessions though, you won’t want to jeopardize your progress by eating bad. He helps you to help yourself!! Signing up for his training was one of my best decisions last year! If only I had signed up sooner!
I am in the best shape of my life thanks to training with Dave! He is not only incredibly knowledgable as a trainer, he is patient, encouraging, and supportive. He shares advice for what I can do when we are not training to make sure I stay on track and he holds me accountable by checking in regularly. Best personal training experience I have had and I would recommend it to anyone and everyone!

My daughter is an elite soccer player and has trained with Whitney for a couple of years. Whitney made sure that her workouts were geared totally to what was best for my daughter given the sport she plays. Whitney was always extremely encouraging, always educated my daughter about why specific aspects of the training were important. She pushed my daughter to achieve more than she did the last training session before and motivated her to work hard. Whitney is a professional who is extremely passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals. I highly, highly recommend her. Whitney will work with you at the fitness level you are currently at and give you the motivation, education, and support to get you to your highest and ultimate goal at any pace you wish.
I like training with Mandie she is always watching to make sure form is good and makes sure I’m using the correct weight. She is fun and motivating and a great trainer.
Steven is a great personal trainer. I've been training with him for over a year and won't go to anyone else. He incorporates fitness with nutrition (gives you goals to hit) and I've been extremely pleased with my results.
We needed a flexible and creative trainer to help us work out at home after our 6 month old son went to bed. Keep in mind, we only have a couple of yoga mats, a few sets of dumbbells, and an overly friendly dog. No problem at all for Christopher- he came up with hard hour-long workouts for us to do in our living room, and made sure to walk us through exercise series we could use for workouts throughout the week. He even sent accountability texts to make sure we were doing the workouts between sessions and to check-in on how we were feeling. The workouts were hard, but also super fun- Christopher is very clearly knowledgeable about fitness and physical training, and he also has a great sense of humor. He was flexible with finding times for sessions that worked around our work and baby schedules. And he didn't mind the playful dog jumping across the room while he worked us out. Christopher is fairly new to Austin, which I consider to be a temporary advantage- I'd bet he'll have a very full clientele list in no time. Do yourself a favor and book him now while he still has availability!
I have been training under Caitlin for almost 3 months and love the obvious result seen. I have dropped 12 pounds since my last yearly physical and feel much healthier than ever before. Caitlin offers close and guided support that makes newcomers feel comfortable and secure. Her work out routine is tapered and flexible for just about anyone. In addition to the work out services that Caitlin provides she also volunteered to assist me in planning a healthier diet. Caitlin met me at Central Market and helped me shop and prepare a more meaningful menu as well change my poor eating habits. I have never seen anyone as driven and committed to the cause as she! Felipe Bastos is the best trainer I’ve ever had. He has helped me accomplish my goals (strength, body composition, and speed) and taught me how to continuously improve my level of fitness. He’s different from trainers that I’ve worked with in the past in two main ways: his knowledge of anatomy/injuries and his passion for teaching. He applies his knowledge of anatomy to his training and tailors his workouts to help improve your knee pain, back pain, old shoulder injury, etc. He pays attention to every detail of your form and helps you make the tiny adjustments that make all the difference. He’s also a very passionate teacher and genuinely wants to share his knowledge so that you improve your level of fitness in training sessions with him AND feel prepared to go to the gym on your own.
