Amanda was great. We hired her to be our day-of coordinator, but she met with us on a few occasions before the day, gave us plenty of great suggestions during the planning phase, and worked with us to put together an itinerary (and helped us stick to it). She helped us decorate the venue before the ceremony, and clean up after the reception. She worked with our vendors, including helping solve a last-minute catering issue. She made sure we got a little time to ourselves (and a chance to eat), and helped get food for some of our guests with young children. While I hope I never have a need for another wedding coordinator for myself, I’d definitely recommend Amanda to anyone who does need one.

I helped Amanda plan our college Monte Carlo party and to this day it's one of the best events I've attended. She's an extremely talented planner with great vision!

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We'll first check and make sure we are available on your event date, then set up a consultation where we go over your vision for the event and progress on vendors offering advice wherever possible.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Brides, bat mitzvahs, non-profit fundraisers, and social events

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Find a coordinator who gets you and matches you on your feel for the event. If you're trying to stay on a budget and a coordinator keeps pushing more expensive options, then you're ultimately going to be uncomfortable.
