Amanda was great. We hired her to be our day-of coordinator, but she met with us on a few occasions before the day, gave us plenty of great suggestions during the planning phase,and worked with us to put together an itinerary (and helped us stick to it). She helped us decorate the venue before the ceremony, and clean up after the reception. She worked with our vendors, including helping solve a last-minute catering issue. She made sure we got a little time to ourselves (and a chance to eat), and helped get food for some of our guests with young children. While I hope I never have a need for another wedding coordinator for myself, I’d definitely recommend Amanda to anyone who does need one.Nov 7, 2018
Amanda did an amazing job helping us with our wedding. She made the day go so smoothly. After speaking with the Grooms father she even put together a special table for us. I highly recommend Amanda. She was very professional. She kept us on the timeline that she helped us create. We forgot long lighters for our sparkler exit and Amanda sent her fiancee to go get some for us. She listened to our ideas and the day could not have been any better! The decorations were stunning! She was very fun and easy to work with. I hired Amanda to be my On the Day Coordinator. I live in London and the wedding was in Austin so we had a few international calls and met once before the wedding. Amanda was an expert professional, polite and on top of everything. The timeline she provided at the beginning was my savior and she helped me work out a few tricky items in the build up. Amanda was a fantastic coordinator for my very DIY wedding! I thought I could handle everything myself, but as the date approached and I was completely overwhelmed, Amanda came to the rescue. We met several times to make sure things would go smoothly across all of our various venues and she kept the communication lines open. She was organized, thorough, and wonderful to work with. - What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?Find a coordinator who gets you and matches you on your feel for the event. If you're trying to stay on a budget and a coordinator keeps pushing more expensive options, then you're ultimately going to be uncomfortable.
