Amy Holt says, "Our a/c quit cooling the 3rd of July this year. Our home warranty company tried to charge us 1400.00 to repair it, when they didn't come to look at it for almost two weeks.. (and they also put a hole in our ceiling with their foot). Jay came out and repaired it two days after their quote, for less than 1/2 the price, and we haven't had any issues since.SHOUTOUT TO ZENWERX!"See more

Pamela F. says, "Heyyyyy! If I tell you I woke up this morning and went online 4/29/24 around 9 am. I got messaged back very quick and it so happened the guy was 10 min away he came in assess the unit. Of course I had another person out that charged an exuberant rate that was supposed to be with labor and parts. But then he said it would be extra for the Freon /liquid nitrogen... when he had quoted it with everything previously...I would've been duped! So to find out that my thinking was correct that he was adding extra fees already included to fix the replacement piece I was so out done but not out witted! So basically right now he's out to get the part and will return at 1-4 to complete my job I have the most confidence in services right now because of the immediate response and surety that this is WHAT THEY DO ALL HAIL THE KINGS OF THIS COMPANY AND IT'S CONSTITUANTS-I'll leave another review after it's up and running to see if I can get my snowballs again coming thru the vent before the heat comes!!! Rick Mathes says, "Jacobi with One Hour was fantastic. Our hvac system stopped blowing air the day before the temps dropped. He came out on a Saturday and diagnosed the problem and said rather than use them for the repair, I should reach out to the installing company because if they had done their job and registered our system with Trane, the $2000 part would be covered. Those guys didn't, apologized, then offered a 40% "discount" to replace it. Their quote with the bs "discount" was higher than One Hour's quote. So I left them a 1 star review and went with Jacobi and One Hour. He came out and got the job done quickly and efficiently. He communicates beautifully, is super cool, and my dog fell in love with him, lol. When this system needs to be replaced, I want Jacobi doing it."See more

Our heat went out in the middle of the night during one of the coldest days of the month just a day before a winter storm and Edsel went out of his way to help our family. We messaged his business early in the morning and he responded within minutes. After investigating, he told us we needed a new part. He said the chances of getting the part the same day we’re unlikely because it was a weekend and the storm was coming, but after making some calls, he found what we needed and prioritized coming back that day to install it.
