Cody G. says, "Jorge responded promptly and came out to for a visit to give a quote. The quote was accurate with the end payment and good value. Jorge was also flexible with our schedule. We had a tub faucet that was leaking and needed a new valve. The job required moving a vanity, cutting out some Sheetrock then replacing the value and shower trim. Once completed the vanity and Sheetrock were put back in place. An added bonus was the installation of shutoff valves in the wall so we won’t need to turn the water off for the whole building (our unit is in a condo complex) in the future if these lines need work. Would recommend."See more

They were absolutely amazing. We had issues with our hot water heater (not providing hot enough water) and thought it would be simple maintenance. Turns out our hot water heater was on its way out and needed to be replaced. Not only were they honest about required repairs, refraining from upselling or creating extra work, but they also managed to do the work and replace it the same day, which for us was incredibly helpful and unheard of. Can not recommend them enough!

My water heater broke so I didn't have hot water for 2 weeks. After shopping around in Austin, I found Rigo on Thumbtack. Rigo was so quick to get back to me on setting up an appointment. I reached out to Leo because my hot water stopped working. He came out the very next morning, looked at my water heater, and explained the situation to me, so that I could decide how to proceed. I decided to go ahead and replace the water heater, so I asked Leo for a quote. His price was more than reasonable compared to the other quotes I had received, and he also replaced the water heater with the same Rheem water heater a different company quoted me for, at a significantly lower price. He was able to replace it the same day even! I had a very positive experience with Leo and I will definitely reach out to him the next time I need a house repair. Couldn't be happier - Connley came earlier than he had expected (he did call first), quickly diagnosed a simple problem with our hot water heater, and did a repair for a very reasonable price. He also quoted prices for additional repairs if it had turned out to need that, and for replacing the hot water heater - and those prices were also very reasonable and less than I had been quoted by another plumbing company. Most important, Connley clearly knew his stuff - identified and corrected the problem very quickly, showed me what he was doing and explained everything very well. I recommend him very highly and will most definitely call him for all my future plumbing needs.
