- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We jump on a quick introduction call and learn about your fitness goals, followed by scheduling a FREE consultation session to gauge fitness level from weight lifting to cardio endurance. Once completed this allows me to program specific workout/movements on a weekly basis as we work towards your fitness goals together.
